I was recommended Bonchon and was told that their fried chicken was a one. I ordered the fried chicken and maybe I just got a bad batch. that had been sitting a little while because it wasn’t all that great so I’m not going to say they were bad because I don’t think that I got their best. I’m gonna give them another try when they open in the morning or right at dinner time when you’re making new batches of food or they are in a busy spell when new batches are constantly coming up to really give a good review about it.

What happened? This was one of our favorites. Is it new ownership? The wings used to be good but are now tiny! And we had to return our fried rice as it was mushy and not even fried. Sad to see a place that did things right now below average.

The restaurant itself seems kinda run down even though it’s not old. Didn’t quote bounce back after COVID and they still have the nicer dining section closed off. We just dined there the other night and the young lady behind the counter was working by herself and took good care of us. If you’re craving a crunch, nothing hits like their bone-in wings so 5 stars for the chicken! Hot or soy garlic, both are love!

OMG the wings are so small now! They used to have amazing wings that were large and well cooked but not anymore. Also we ordered some bulgogi fried rice and it was awful so we sent it back. The rice was soggy and overcooked and no way was it fried rice. We definitely won’t be back.

I want to say the garlic chicken wings are so delicious. I gave a 3 because everytime I place an order on doordash or even pickup for 16 wings, I get cheated out of the amount 16. The price is high for pieces of the wings. I ordered so many times you owe me 16 wings. I called and reported it numerous times but the person act like they don’t get it. My children love it as well but when the amount is uneven it cause problems. I wonder how many others been cheated.

Just had a bad meal experience at this Bonchon. The wings were significantly smaller than usual and they clearly did not adjust the cooking temperature and/or time to account for the smaller wings. They were severely overcooked and extremely hard. This used to be on of our favorite fast food spots. May not return after this experience,

Come here for the Korean fried chicken. I have had many other things from the menu and they are alright, but the fried chicken is excellent. There is a garlic soy seasoned fried chicken and a spicy fried chicken. Take note that the spicy chicken is extremely spicy, but if you can take the heat, it is very tasty. The garlic soy chicken is also very good, but the sweetness can get to be too much after a few pieces.
