The service was horrible. Got my bulgogi 20 mins before the family, it tasted OK. The noncrispy wings came out and they for got the 2 order of fries. Got my one order of fries just to find out the forgot the second. They dumped a bunch pf parm and called it the day. I been to a few of these and the service and food are always great its just this location. I’ll be back to Bonchon but not this one.

I don’t know what happened to this shop but the food authenticity went downhill to the point where your home cooked frozen food will taste better than this. The fries portion was like someone ate a bunch then they bring you the leftovers ,takoyaki looks like it was scorched earth balls and the chicken strips weren’t even crispy. Whoever the owner is please get back your original chefs. I can’t imagine this shop will be open for long with this decline in quality.

My partner and I went last Saturday, and our waitress did an amazing job taking care of every single customer who walked through the door. Between the to-go orders and dine-in, she was very sweet and great with communication! We had the soy garlic wings and have been craving them every day since! The batter is crispy and they are not shy in flavor. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Waterford area.

Incredibly overpriced considering their photos are extremely deceiving. the chicken did not taste/look fried at all. the fact they advertise “crispy twice fried wings” for it to taste grilled and soggy. the chicken had an extremely rubbery texture. it was borderline inedible. the service was bad, seemingly due to understaffing. don’t eat here if you’re looking for real korean fried wings. gave it 2 starts ‘cause their french fries were good

I have ordered from several Bonchon restaurants around the US and this is the worst experience I have had. The wings we received are in no way “Korean Fried Chicken”. We received soggy non double fried wings so they were somewhat raw inside and had 0 crunch like advertised. Not sure what is going on but this is not the recipe that Bonchon uses, i have ordered in 4 other states and always get a good product. Cannot recommend this to anyone. Bonchon HQ should visit this store and do quality control.

I see a lot of the low ratings are from people who got Uber eats- this isn’t the kind of food you want delivered. You want it fresh. I went here the other day and got the wings. Was very satisfied! Super crunchy and so fresh it burnt the hell out of my mouth and I had to wait- in a good way. I got half spicy and usually I can take heat but it was killing me so the employee went to the back and traded them for more of the soy garlic- which in my opinion is amazing! The only thing I didn’t like was the coleslaw it tasted really funky like a plasticy taste… Was off… But I will be coming back. To the low ratings- Give it a try in store and I think you’ll change your mind.

First time to this location, and still a happy customer. Service started off a little slow due to the restaurant bring a little full. It looked like one guy was a server, and the other guy was a bartender. The server was doing his best, but the bartender jumped him to give him a hand, and things flowed just fine. The food came out hot, fresh, and tasted great. All and all it was a good dinner experience to make me return again anytime. If you have never tried the place then make sure you give it a try, and get the wings…
