Very friendly service. We went early and were seated right away. Waiter took our order quickly and the food came out very fast. Always order bang bang shrimp! In my opinion, the best appetizer on the menu. The fish is always very fresh and flavorful. The gnocchi with my salmon was ok, but the mango sauce with the salmon was great. We definitely look forward to coming back!

First impressions count for a lot. In the begining, our server (Genisis) welcomed us and to their new specials and explained menu items clearly. She answered our concerns confidently and our orders came just as requested. Great flavors from appetizer to dessert. Portions are large enough to take home for round 2. Good value there. Coming back for sure.

Wow! First time here and I’m impressed! Our server Carly was a sweetheart – professional, attentive, and super friendly! Chilean seabass is my favorite and they totally nailed it. Wow, not impressed at all with service. Got attitude from the hostess when we requested a booth (for two). Waited 15 minutes for wait staff to stop by and take drink order. Had to go hunt her down to “remind” her we were waiting for the now-ordered drinks even after the appetizers arrived and we’re finished – another 15 minutes. Tried to blame the delay on the bartender. Failed to bring requested butter. Lots of small misses left us distracted and made it difficult to enjoy the meal. Food was good, but could have been better. Disappointing and sloppy experience for the prices. I don’t need to return here.

Fifteen minute wait before getting a table. Not terrible. The good part: Food was good. The bad part. After getting a table, my wife & I were sitting at our table for 30+ minutes before the server even brought us water. Now, we should’ve left, but we decided to talk to the host instead. The female host on post exclaimed she forgot to notify the server staff that we were at a table waiting for service. (The servers served three groups that came after us, I realized.) Ten minutes later, had to talk to the host again. I asked how many servers were working the floor, which she answered four. I reply how are there four servers & none have paid attention to our table over the accumulated time. After apologies given to us, service seemed to speed up/expedite to where we seemed to get everything we ordered in little time. The good vibes went kaput by that time, though. We just ate & left. Food: 4/5; Service: 1/5.
