Use to be great but it’s gone downhill. We kept coming back because the food was good however, I don’t know what is about me but I am not treated like the best. For instance the past four years I have gone a hand full of times and have been always seated, by the noisy, messy kitchen, the bar, and this last fathers Day the bathroom, and the noisiest NBA wanna-be 4 guys ever. My wife had to yell over them to talk to me and others in the restaurant were laughing because they felt her pain. Don’t know what it is but I guess a redneck with money is not welcome and it’s not surprising considering the people in this part of town are rich and snooty. The special was small, horrible, overcooked, nasty, and overpriced at $23. The waiter was “new” and did not know how to operate his table. Despite his shortcomings and his excessive starting, apologies, and bad service; we played nice and tipped 20% even though his system was pushing 22%. He overcharged and double charged, but fixed the bill, and removed the overpriced fillet that I only took one bite of. Think twice before spending your money here.

Was there tonight and had the most amazing experience. The bartender was Suzann she was on her stuff, handling a full bar and tables like a boss. Shannon was the manager on duty she he’d the shift together like no other. She is amazing at her job you can tell its passion to achieve greatness.

I love the location of this place. Right next to the HGI where I’m staying. The service was impeccable Lauren recognized me from my previous visit and new right away, I wanted the muscles Josephine. That kind of attention to detail for service is worth the five stars right there! Rounded out my meal with the poke appetizer. It was perfect for what I needed tonight! Now if only they had some sort of diabetic dessert lol!

We arrived at a little after 4pm-not busy at all-we asked to be seated for six adults and we had to wait to find “someone to ok this request”? Hostess could not make that decision? Wait staff did the best she could but had only been working there 2 weeks-so she was trying to take orders for six adults without being properly trained and had NO assistance! Makes for a less than wonderful dining experience!

It was a great atmosphere at the beginning but as the night went on it got a little low. The food was good I did have to get my meal sent back because it wasn’t looking like someone else at my table that had the same meal. The lobster fries were a great appetizer. Our waitress was having a little trouble with our tickets but other than that she was a great waitress and did a great job on checking in with us.

Had not been to Bonefish in awhile, but went tonight and had the most wonderful experience. Our waitress, Suzanne, was PHENOMENAL! She is a keeper, for sure! So friendly and attentive! The manager was wonderful also. Food and cocktails were amazing. Will definitely be back soon!
