Summed up- overpriced and not very good. I am overall dissapointed in my “meal”. I ordered the bourbon street special. This included 10 wings and fries (no drink) for an overall total of $17.20 which I found a bit outrageous to begin with. But still wanted to give them a shot. I ordered 5 original hot and 5 Jamaican jerk bone in wings. The chicken had very little meat and was quite chewy. The flavors were nothing beyond average. Ive had plenty of wings from other places with much better.. I was offered seasoning on fries which I took. The fries were not very good at all. The seasoning was very salty and nothing special. The fries were stuck together and pretty mushy/ not crispy enough. This meal came with 1 sauce only (extra would be a little over $1). They gave me the sauce in a baggie with 2 slices of celery which I found a it strage. No carrots and just 2 small pieces. The customer service was ok. Was told food would be done in 5-10 min and it took a little more than that.. also found it strange that when I asked cashier if I could get ketchup with my meal, she stated that I could get some myself around the corner where they had condiments apparently but she would go ahead and out some in my bag too?? Ultimately.. the celery was the best part. I ended up eating 2 pieces of each flavor and leaving the rest. *Sigh* . Definitely don’t plan on coming back to this place.

I love the Buffalo Boneless Wings! They are great. I also love the seasoned fries there! The Manager has always been quick to fix any issues and is always so polite. All around great place! Did not like the east side one but this one is great! OH…THE BOUDIN BALLS ARE AMAZING

Let’s be real, the wings here are good. Like 5 Star good but the price… OMG the price. Fries are ok, not the best but not bad. Wings are good. Good size ok flavor although I think the oil they cooked them is might have been a bit old. But the seasoning is great. BUT it is NOT worth $40.00 for 2 people. That’s right if you want a wing combo and a drink it is like $20 bucks a person! No… Just No….

The food here is good, just that the calls sometimes are placed on a long hold with your call ending up being dropped. I wouldn’t eat there, the place does not look super clean and it kind of smells but the food is good wings are hugeee and boudin balls are delish.

I had the Bonfire Special (10 wings -5 tossed in honey bbq, 5 tossed in lemon pepper- fries, boudain balls), the Louisiana Purchase (fish fillets, shrimp, hush puppies, fries), and gumbo. The wings were OK and the fish & shrimp were good. Gumbo was not hot. Since this restaurant is new I will give it another shot to be better.

I go to a lot of restaurants, this my first time going to Bonfire & I loved the customer service. I didn’t get her name but the lady who placed my order was very helpful & polite. They cook the food very fast!! And OMG THEY CHEESE BOUDIN BALLS ARE THE BEST!!! I ordered the 5pcs wings combo with fries and a drink with two boudin balls & I could barely finish. For my drink I mixed Sweet Tea with Lemonade and that was the best!!! Also gave me a $5 off coupon for my next time coming. ❤️

I ordered wings to go and the cashier lets me know that the order will not be made untill I arrive. This is the dumbest policy in the restaurant industry. I am never coming back. Wing Stop will do what is right for the guest!
