Food was divine and the atmosphere was lovely. Absolutely will go again to try another dish. The red fish was amazing. And the Elk backstrap was just phenomenal. The hand rolled truffles were melt in your mouth delicious.

Wife and I ate here on our wedding day with the family when we got married X years ago. We come back every year for our anniversary. Never disappoints. I could eat a $200 bucket of the Oysters Texasfeller’s. Cocktails are on point too.

My hubby and I celebrated my birthday here and so glad we did! The staff was amazing greeting us to our waitress Melanie!!! Melanie was great at suggestions and letting us know exactly what we were getting! The food was beyond excellent! The Buffalo Tenderloin was as tender as sliding a knife through butter!

Really good food! We ordered the mixed plate and shared. Elk and buffalo were cooked perfectly. Grits and asparagus were delicious. I do wish the Caesar salad was a little more fresh and spiced with garlic, anchovy, and fresh parmigiana, it was a little flat. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed and we had to ask 2 people for our check. There were very sweet in putting our Anniversary on our dessert.

Delicious! Love the variety on the menu. Great customer service; very attentive. Relaxed the business casual dress code due to the extreme summer heat. We dined in the bar which got a little noisy over time and our seats were not very comfortable. All the staff were Super! We appreciated that staff took time to answer our questions about the taxidermy decor. We often see the restaurant has donated to local charity events. Thank you. We had a great time.

What a wonderful experience our party of four had Saturday night. First of all the atmosphere is very comfortable and inviting. Everyone was so pleasant and appreciative we came in to eat and visit. From the appetizers to the meal and dessert everything was spot on. Two of us had the Buffalo tenderloin the ladies have Blackened Halibut and Stuffed Poblano. To finish the evening was Banana Fosters bread pudding. Last but the best part was our wonderful server in crime Melanie. Bonnell’s needs to know and understand what a priceless asset she is to there family company. She takes so much pride and passion for her work and customers. We truly felt like family. We laughed and giggled and enjoyed her great commentary and help with everything on the menu from the tastes, size, preparation and cost of all our meals. We never felt rushed or embarrassed to ask any questions. We wished she could have joined us for dinner. With out a hesitation or doubt we will be returning for another great time.

A top notch experience in every aspect. Every person we encountered, hostess, food runner, waiter (Matthew was excellent) made the experience special. Chef Jon Bonnell made his rounds to make sure all was good with patrons. The food was amazing, superb steaks, unique sides (pablano pepper rings). Highly recommend Bonnell’s!

Atmosphere is very cozy however the dim lighting made it difficult to read menu. Food presentation very nice done.vegetable shrimp soup was not impressive lack flavor. Pork Porterhouse needed more seasoning it was sort of bland not the best , the balsamic brussel sprouts we’re good but we’re overly charred the Chipotle Polenta was really so good. Although quality produce and ingredients where evidently used.extremely overpriced.
