Just tried this place for the first time and it was delicious. We ordered the shrimp hibachi and there was a lot of shrimp. I was very pleased with that and I love the flavor of the rice, I could eat it plain. All that, mixed with the vegetables made a really good meal. They appeared busy but we did not have a long wait, we’ll be back!

Ordered delivery. Took 2 hours to show and delivery driver had $0 in change somehow, probably lying. So I gave her the only bill I had which was a $50 and sent her on her way for a $30 order. Food was cold and the teriyaki chicken was easily the lowest quality teriyaki chicken I’ve ever received. The sushi was the same temperature as the rest of the food. No chopsticks in bag. Sauce was spilled all inside the brown paper bag that food came in. Can’t even sugarcoat it because this place didn’t do a single thing right. Trash. Would rather eat an MRE than what you served me. Thanks for the single napkin though.

Simple little restaurant that reminds me of Japan. Nothing fancy but the food tasted great (portions are Japan sized). Will be coming here often. For speedy service I recommend going in person/ order and take-out, they receive a lot of phone and delivery orders!

My husband and I decided to try this place out based on the menu that was mailed to us stating they deliver to our address. I was excited to add a delivery food option other than pizza for lazy dinner nights. Needless to say this is the first and last time ordering from them. Delivery took an hour. Which okay, it’s Friday night. No big deal. When we opened our boxes, we were immediately disappointed. The portions were extremely small for the price. We paid $38 plus a tip for what’s pictured. It goes without saying that when ordering from this style of restaurant you expect to have left overs from one meal.. or at least a stuff yourself so full you need to unbutton your pants type of meal. Not the case here. The steak/chicken combo box was my husband’s, which cost MORE than my just chicken box, and his very obviously had LESS meat than mine did. At least it tasted good. What topped it off though was when my husband bit into his Philidelpia Roll the cream cheese was SOUR. Not to mention my California Roll only had 6 pieces while his roll had 8. Why? I have no idea. The menu didn’t explain this. So we finished our meal, and my husband was still hungry. So he’s currently topping off with a bowl of fruity pebbles. Waste of money. Will continue to order pick-up from The Great Wall.

I know there are quite a few negative reviews here, but I had a great experience this evening. I wasn’t wanting to cook, but there aren’t a lot of vegan options that are available for delivery to my area (southwest). I got four different items from the menu plus a tea for my son, and while he didn’t love the tea, everything else was great.

This was our first time at ordering from Bonsai. We our Vegan and it’s hard to find Vegan options eating out. We ordered Tufo rolls,Avocado rolls, cucumber rolls,grilled vegs and Spring roll. Everything was hot and very tasty. The service was friendly and fast. We will diffantly order again.
