Didn’t expect to be impressed by sushi in the middle of Wyoming…. but genuinely floored by how good it is! As an avid sushi conisoeur I can confidently say that the Alaska Roll is by far one of the best, if not THE best roll I have ever had. It’s hard to eat something and be disappointed. Some other recommendations: Ebi Tempura, Lo Meng, and the Orange Chicken. As for rolls get the Alaska (and thank me later), and the Vegas are my top 2.

Tasty about what you’d expect to pay for dinner. Enjoyed the fire roll. Generals chicken was pretty mild on kick but still very good. Kids liked the egg drop soup too.

The food here was great for Wyoming. The thai iced tea is definitely a must. However the Japanese terriaki chicken was not the best definitely get the combination or the sesame chicken instead.

Got stuck in rock spring due to the freeway closure. Stopped at Bonsai and it did not disappoint. Very good food, fast, good portions, and friendly people. Definitely would recommend. I had the BBQ pork Singapore Mei Fun. Very good!

It’s so good and affordable.the sweet potato temporary is best. Very friendly and easy to pick from the menu. If delivery..they need to be reminded to bring condiments.
