We have eaten at Booms Restaurant twice this Summer once in August which was our 1st time & last night (9/10/16) both times with other couples who have never been there before. We ate outside on the deck & the atmosphere, the ambience & the food couldn’t have been better!! We watched the sunset while enjoying the beautiful boats in the Marina. All of us “loved” the food, it was delicious! The restaurant is a winner in our opinion & both couples that went with us agreed. We definitely will be back.

Not great. We tried to make a reservation for 7PM and were told only 6:30PM was available. We arrived and the place was essentially empty except for a few tables with noisy children. At 7:10 when we left, it was still essentially empty.

we made a reservation for 4 at the last minute on a busy summer saturday evening. they managed to squeeze us in to a table inside. while the indoor tables were small and somewhat cramped, the food was excellent. sitting outdoors on the deck overlooking the marina would be a better bet. overall, a welcome newcomer with great food.

Delicious local flounder, super delicate. Fabulous hand cut fries. Best view of marina, marsh and osprey nest. Delightful breeze cooled the patio on a superhot day. I’ll definitely be back!

One of our favorite restaurants away from home. Its worthy of a special trip to eat here. The food above all else is great, add the service and the atmosphere and you have an unbeatable formula. Highly recommend you put it on your list of favorites.

My husband and I decided to go out of our “norm” to try a new place. We will NOT be back! First, we made a reservation, as it was recommended that we do so… We drove an hour to get here- not too bad since we were expecting it would be worth it- there was a very unorganized parking situation; we didn’t know where to go, people parking right up where you’re supposed to walk; very confusing. Then, I walk in and everyone working there seemed completely flustered and didn’t really acknowledge us at all. Then another customer rudely shoved me out of the way to show that her reservation was clearly more important than mine. They took her first. Then, when they finally do acknowledge us, they seat us at the smallest, most uncomfortable table in the whole place. I was literally touching elbows with the guy next to me. I politely ask if we can switch to an empty table right next to the water. The guy says “I can’t make that decision- let me ask my manager” Then some lady comes out and as shes speeding past us, she says “You can’t move because those tables are for reservations only” ….. When she comes back, I tell her “I made a reservation! Why is mine not as good as all the others???” She sees my frustration and reluctantly moves us over. Then they give me a hard time about adding something to a salad, and charged me $6 extra!!! It was just one thing after the next… My husband was very frustrated over the whole situation, and it completely ruined our vibe for the whole night. Very overpriced. Wont be back

The food isn’t bad, it’s not great either, but the price… Let’s just say that you’re paying for the location more than the food. If you eat when the weather is good, it’s lovely. If not, I hope you like the smell of sweaty harbor and rotting fish with your meal.

Nice place to sit outside. Big shaded patio. I had the tuna tartar, which was really good, and seared tuna over a salad. Beer selection is decent. Some local brews.
