What a gem! Snow was coming down and a lot of places up the mountain were closing early. Boomer’s served us up some great food and super friendly folks. The grinder on their homemade bread was epic! Thank you and we will be stopping here more frequently.

After driving by numerous times we finally stopped in, and a new après ski tradition is born. We were all hoping other members of the party wouldn’t eat their crust so we could poach it; the crust was that good. The leftovers were just as tasty when reheated, which reiterates that the ingredients are high quality. The “Bank Rolls” will be a personal staple.
