The food is flavored and fresh, they are always pleasant and welcoming. The atmosphere is a little stuffy and the food that I get uses ingredients that are not fully authentic to the dish. But still pretty tasty. They can be a little pricey and portions are a little small for the price.

A pretty run of the mill Chinese/Thai takeout place that is also a eat-in restaurant. Flavors are very mild and not reminiscent of an authentic Thai place. Dishes like pad see ew has zero wok char and taste nothing like its Thai counterpart

The two noodle dishes we ordered were tasty but the portions were so small, the smallest portion I’ve ever gotten at a restaurant probably ever. We paid for full meals but left hungry. Management was apologetic, citing inflation. We felt cheated, and won’t be back.

This place is a good Thai food place we enjoy it and we love the flavors and selections and have enjoyed food. It is fresh and hot. What keeps us from giving it five stars is the slightly higher prices for receiving rather small portions. this is pretty par with other ones, however some have grown to maybe add one or two more dollars and make bigger dishes and portions.

I have been going to Boonsong for years. Their menu is eclectic and I have brought friends and family to this place. I like their curry puffs, appetizers, entrees. Their pad Thai is delicious!

We have been big fans of Thai cuisine for decades and have tried many restaurants in this genre in many cities. Boonsong Thai stands out as one of the best. While many places rely on over-sweetening dishes to hook customers, Boonsong Thai relies confidently on a firm foundation of base flavors that are pungent and complex. From the soups to the shrimp and chicken dishes to the noodles to the salads, Boonsong teases out the rich flavors of core ingredients with expertly employed spices—curries, coconut, peppers, fruit—to create dishes that enchant. They also have proven to be completely reliable in preparing gluten-free versions of their menu items. Throughout the pandemic, we have ordered pickup regularly from Boonsong, driving 25 minutes to get there without a second thought. They never disappoint and the service is always gracious and appreciative. When the pandemic is over, we will happily return to dine in at this friendly little restaurant.

My husband and I have been coming here for years. Love the Tom Kha soup with medium spice. We get a large to share, which gives us two bowls each. Whatever spices they put in there are different from any other Thai place we have ever been to. Tried to replicate it at home but can’t. It’s the best! We also love Nam Tok salad with beef, #28 in Entrees (Chicken with Cashew Nut), and Pad Thai. Their noodle bowls are good too and very filling. Honestly, we have never had a disappointing dish.

The food is great. Portions are huge. Their spice level of medium was pretty spicy so you may wanna go mild if you can’t handle too much spice.
