The place doesn’t look like much at first, but it is awesome and we love it! It’s a go-to when we’re up in the area every month. The people working here are awesome and always friendly. It’s a great place to hangout. This place has some of the best food with generous portions you can get for the price! Their weekly specials are solid! Definitely recommend this place to everyone, it’s worth it!

Great bar/restaurant with really wonderful staff and delicious food. I Always enjoy my dinner, Monday they have a $6.50 burger special, you can’t beat it. Great bloody Mary’s or Maria’s, nice cold beer. We love all the bartenders.

We arrived on a very busy Friday so things took a little longer but it was worth the wait. The staff never missed a beat. The Reuben had huge chunks of slow roasted, possibly smoked corned beef, and my burger was completely amazing. Excellent, flavorful beef with even more incredible smoky, crispy bacon, fresh onion, a thick slice of tomato, on a toasted bun. With tots that were done perfectly. The burger was worthy of a long road trip all by itself, but if you only get one shot at this place, the Reuben is not to be missed.

Oh my goodness, what a wonderful staff! Experienced a few hiccups but they went ABOVE and BEYOND to make things right. Food is amazing and worth it all, but the staff attentiveness to make the experience your best ever is beyond the norm! Appreciated everything that you did!!

Who would have thought such great food would come from what looks like a simple roadside tavern. It is any but that. They do soup flights where you can get 3 of their fresh soups on a cool little board or one of the BEST Reubens I have ever had. If you own a Jeep, come by any Thursday night and you will meet members of the Lake Count Jeep Club.

I do like the food here and they have great specials. However, the three times I’ve been here the bartender either forgot to put our order in or messed the order up somehow. I also ordered a burger to go on the specials night, not realizing the special isn’t valid on to go. If someone is ordering the special, maybe let them know so they can make that decision. There was also some strange characters outside last time I was here.

This is not your average bar food! Stumbled upon this tavern on a Monday afternoon & were welcomed by the friendly bartender as soon as we walked in. A family with children were at a table & we chose to sit at the bar. There is an outdoor patio. We don’t really drink, (ordered 1 iced tea & 2 waters) but love our food & were not disappointed. We started with 2 appetizers, jalapeño potato skins & cheese curds which were both good! Had the 2 broiled pork chops with mashed potatoes, coleslaw & applesauce. Juicy & flavorful! We also ordered a daily special which was 1/4lb burger w/seasoned fries & an order of chicken strips which came with sauces everyone enjoyed. I can’t say enough about the value for the amount & quality of the food. Try it!
