We had food delivered, and the chicken on our salad came completely frozen. When I called the restaurant, they did not care that their food was a poor quality and told me I had to reach out to GrubHub to get refunded. The refund is second to the fact that we had no food which seems like that should be a priority for a restaurant, especially a local one. We will never go here again, and we encourage others to avoid it as their customer service and customer care is absent.

This place has been in my “want to go” list for a while, finally we came on a whim. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. Pizza was solid as well and very filling. The 16” inch was more than enough for me and my partner, we had to take the rest home.

After having a terrible experience at another pizza place last night, not receiving an appetizer after being in the restaurant which was empty by the way for an entire hour, I left and went to Borgata which I’ve been wanting to try and I’m soooo glad that I did. I went in an hour before closing so I was a little nervous about that and I was greeted when I walked thru the door. The staff were super friendly. I placed my order and my pizza came out super fast, probably 15 minutes if I would have to say. Back to the staff multiple people came to my table and asked if I need anything and how was the food, I am big on customer service so that alone is 5 starts. Now back to the pizza. I’m a frequent traveler of NY. I must say this is probably the best NY style pizza I’ve had in Columbus OH. Foldable crust, perfect amount of cheese, the amount of sauce was perfect, I can keep going on about this pizza, like it was absolute perfection. I’m glad I have leftovers or I would have to drive back to worthington today when I live all the way in New Albany lol. Thank you Borgata Pizza for having friendly staff, an amazing ambiance, clean restaurant and amazing food. You made a terrible Friday night a much much better one . I will be back soon and add this into my pizza rotation.

VERY Tasty pizza… reason for not a 5 star is both our meatball app and the pizza both came out not hot. That’s a shame too, because everything else was fantastic.

Spectacular pizza pie – first off it’s not Columbus style- which means bonus points in my book. The crust is on point and just the right level of “floppy” and fold ability. We opted for the 14″ and it was huge. For the same price as elsewhere it knocked gem to the wayside.

Interesting reading other reviewers; seemed to either love it or hate it. We found this place by accident after we went to a different pizza place, which was supposed to open at 4:00; but, by 4:15, the restaurant was still dark. We weren’t willing to wait around for the ovens to get hot (but, that’s another review for somewhere else).

I ordered through Uber eats only because I had $25 to burn. Honestly, I can’t believe I haven’t found this pizza much sooner. Coming from Florida we had some of the best “NY” style pizza and this is right up there with the best of them. I was highly upset when we moved to Ohio to find this huge Chicago spin on all of the pizza. The pepperoni is a must from Borgatas. Our new go to spot!
