This was my first time trying Bo’s and everything we tried was good. We ordered the Waffle Chicken, Eggs Benedict, Country style Benedict, and the Sweet Cream Latte. Sadly, the waffle was still a little doughy in the middle. Otherwise, the edges were very crispy. It did feel like the food took a bit long to come out even though the place was pretty slow. Overall, I liked the experience and the food.

Food was really good. They forgot the whipped cream on the waffle my friend ordered. (The photo in the menu shows cream on top.) When I mentioned it to the waiter, my friend said not to make a fuss. So without any apology, the waiter left and didn’t bring anything for her waffle. The wait staff was polite enough mostly, but not very available. And it’s a small place. And wasn’t crowded. The waiter made other things difficult, too. I wanted to give my tip directly to the chef.

Seriously- the BEST FOOD I have had in so long o cannot express this enough. We chose the place randomly and I’m so so happy we did! If you want to try the best omelette in the WORLD (even if you are not an omelette lover) get the CARNITAS OMELETTE it’s insane how big the portion is but more so, it’s like satisfyingly filling. I also got French toast on the side and like OMG! I will be coming back a million times ! Service was great. The setting is quiet almost like a mom and pop place- air was on which beat the heat. The guy serving was attentive and nice and gave us the recommendation. 100% come here.

A typical American diner! Well-preserved interior and friendly service. We headed here for breakfast and had the California as well as some pancakes. The food tasted great and was delivered swiftly. And for once: you get good coffee (all sorts you can think off), and not the regular drip coffee. Would I come back? Certainly!
