The best view opens from the balcony, from the second floor. This is good if you are 2-3 people and you do not need a large table. The bartender is very pleasant and quickly serves drinks

Amazing appetizer, good drinks and great service. Definitely couldn’t ask for a better first stop in town.

We were a large group there for the dueling piano. So they placed us far away from the dueling. Asked to have the show on one of the many TVs they had, answer NO. Food was good but not great. Since we were a large group service was spotty. Drinks at first horrible, sent it back and then came back great. So they can do it i guess the size was too big for them. Will have to try them out smaller group.

We had heard a lot about The Balcony and wanted to try this place for a while. They didn’t disappoint!!! We started out with the oysters. They’re plated with three sauces two of which are house made. Then we had the crab cakes and sweet corn bisque. The crab cakes were great. The plated sauce was spicy but not over powering. Then we split the jambalaya. Super fresh and served with fresh corn bread. They also have a good selection of specialty brews on tap.

Food was really good here. I had the gumbo , and my wife had the steak ,it was cooked perfectly. My gumbo was also very delicious, packed with plenty of flavor. Atmosphere was pretty chill. Our server vincette was amazing , very friendly, helpful with menu ,and made our first time experience a good one. Would definitely be coming back .

Was looking forward to trying this new venue out so decided to give the upstairs balcony bar a go. We sat at the bar for nearly 10 minutes without being acknowledged so decided to leave.

Went with my 11 year old. He had the burger from the regular menu. They do have a kids menu with chicken nuggets and the usual items for kids. My son really liked the his burger, he also commented on the ketchup which they make themselves. It is pricey but so are all the restaurants around. The prices are just the average you paid in the area. The atmosphere and decor was really cool and my son really liked it. I had basically a shrimp sandwich which was good and the balcony hurricane which was good as well. The waitress was really nice and attentive and made sure to put our sources on the side just in case they were too spicy for us.

I never leave bad reviews and always give the benefit of the doubt to restaurants, especially in these times, however our poor experience here was completely avoidable – and attributable to upper management.

My review only covers the second floor where the bar is so this might not apply to the restaurant downstairs.

Fun New Orleans atmosphere with good food and live music ! Staff is also very efficient. Main floor has live music and food and upstairs has more of a club vibe, bit younger crowd but also serves food. My friends love it too!
