Fantastic food! My wife and daughter aren’t super keen on German cuisine, but they thought this was an absolute home run. The homemade ketchup is truly delicious, the potato salad is probably the best I’ve ever had and the schnitzel was perfect. Make sure you order it with double meat! The service was extremely friendly and quick. The whole experience ensures we will definitely be back.

What an awesome and delicious addition to the downtown Pewaukee area. I had the pork schnitzel sandwich with the homemade ketchup right on top and it was excellent. The waffle fries were also very good. Hopefully Bo’s will continue to grow and move into a more visible location so more people will be aware of this unique little gem. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Get extra ketchup!!! The sandwiches are amazing. I got pork and also eggplant. The potato salad is out of this world. No literally its genuine German! Matthew is so kind and was like a friend I didn’t know I had. I will be back soon! The online ordering was seamless and right on time. Check this place out NOW! I almost forgot the homemade ketchup is the best sauce I have ever had. It’s plain different but VERY good. The seasoning on the fries made them special too.

The walk up window idea is so novel and neat! It wasn’t too busy so we received our food very quickly. Their ketchup is very interesting and a good addition to the sandwiches. We both got the schnitzel meal (sandwich, side, and water) and felt it was good value for money.

Don’t come here thinking you’ll experience the finest that German food has to offer, but if you are hungry for a great lunch or take-out meal, this place is for you. The schnitzel sandwiches are fantastic….the ketchup is homemade with curry so be aware of that when ordering. The potato salad was good, but a bit dry… add a bit of mayo and mustard and it’s outstanding!

So sad to have to write a bad review on this one. I think they’re trying to do a take on Berlin curry wurst but that’s meant for a hot dog not a schnitzel sandwich. I personally can’t stand the taste of curry and that is literally the only flavor. There’s barely any meat or egg plant on the sandwiches/all bread. The coleslaw is all pepper, has zero flavor and was stale, the fries were soooo soggy, greasy and salty. They were in edible. The potato salad was like eating grass with giant chunks of dill and no other flavor. I’d suggest sticking to traditional German with lots of meat and meat flavor and no curry. Very friendly staff so you can still turn this around and get back to true German meat flavor roots. Curry ketchup can always be offered on the side for those who have the acquired taste for it.
