We absolutely love Boss! First and foremost, this is the only food establishment that we’ve been to in recent time where the employees are genuinely engaging and friendly. The food is amazing to boot and the entire back half of their menu is vegan an gluten free! They also carry a decent beer collection. The atmosphere is very fun and inviting. Will be back many more times.

Was treated like a real person here! Customer service has been slipping away everywhere but I was blown away by the people working here actually caring about my food and experience. The food was outstanding! Loved the onion rings, breaded mushrooms, and the chicken!!! The cauliflower mac n cheese’s sauce was runny, but maybe it was just made and hadn’t ‘set’, but was tasty. No issues and can’t wait to go back!

Arguably the best chicken wing or chicken period we have ever had… Boss Chick N Beer in Berea… the sides, the breading, the meat, the staff, the beer… an immediate addition to our list of favorite restaurants. Thank you for being the 300th restaurant we’ve been to together. Please.. if you are in the area.. give this place a chance to show you how spectacular their service and food are.. we have authentically been blown away. We will be back.. SOON. I’ve been here multiple times. The chicken is always great, and I love the gluten free options. The onion rings were raw in the middle. I tried reheating them, but the middle stayed raw which was very disappointing.

Boss as hell. This place is absolutely amazing. From customer service to there menu and food. Legit top notch. As someone who travels for a living probably one of the best chicken places I’ve eaten in a while. Tender juicy all white meat. Seasoned beautiful you really don’t need the sauce. But the handmade sauces just complement the chicken even more. I got the Cleveland gold and the jalapeños Buffalo . Definitely will be back.

Omg Best Chicken and sides ever!! We had tenders, rings, shrooms, pickles, sprouts and tots all exceptional!! Good value! Great guys all attentive, knowledgeable and funny. Love the ranch dill sauce and the garlic parm.
