TERRIBLE!! I ordered spaghetti w/marinara sauce & sausage and 8 wings. The sauce tasted like they just bought a can of Spaghetti-Os and dumped it in the carton!! The sausage looked and tasted like it has been sitting around for a week and then over cooked in a microwave!!! The wings looked like that has been sitting around on their counter for some days as well!! The food at this place is HORRIBLE!! I would not recommend this to ANYONE. Worse than jail food…and I have been in jail. DO NOT EAT THIS FOOD!! TRUST ME!!

The pizza was ordered to be well done with directions of no sausage add ground beef. Ground beef was not given instead I was told sausage was ground beef. The pizza was doughy and I must say I didn’t eat but a bite and discarded the whole pizza.

Do not waste your time on this restaurant. 2 hours after I ordered and I still have no food. Supposedly the driver tried calling but the service in the hotel is terrible. I tried calling the driver 4 times and got no answer. When I finally did reach him he said that the order was taken back to the store because I did not answer. I called the store and told them to cancel my order and was told they could not cancel because the charge had already gone through. The gentleman that I spoke with at the store was very rude and kept blaming me for not getting my order. I will be calling my bank and contesting the charges!!!

Deserves 0 stars, clearly I should’ve read the reviews prior to ordering but same storyline as everyone else, flyer left on the door(but they can’t deliver to your door) red flag.. took 1hr and 20 min to get the cold pizza and 3 wings.. while the special I ordered came with 14 wings.. after continuously trying to call the company back my calls were being screened which was evident. So I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank this business is unprofessional and won’t rectify their poor service. Also I ordered A SPRITE because thats what’s listed on THEIR menu and I got a SIERRA MISTA when I brought this to the drivers attention he said its the same thing?? I dont like sierra mist I would’ve gotten something else.. I reported them to the luxor to it reflects badly on the hotel. If it would let me post my reviews with zero stars that’s exactly what I would do. We ordered from this place $60 later as the pics speak for themselves the food was super burnt, the pizza super cold, the wings hard as heck. After waiting over an hour for our food to be delivered this was the disgusting food we received. When I called to complain the tweaker employee that answered said call tomorrow if you feel You want to complain. And I eat here all the time so I know it’s not true. BEWARE save your money and give your business to some other location not this raunchy and unprofessional place.

I wish I could give this place a -1000 stars. I have literally been so patient with this business is ridiculous. My order was wrong, completely wrong. I asked for a vegan burger and a chicken sub and got a regular burger and a meatball sub. Not to mention it took over two hours to get the food. I called and complained because I don’t eat beef or pork, which I explained over the phone. I spoke with someone named Micheal. He said that he would have his manager give me a refund. He advised me to call back the very next day to make sure and said he took down my information. This was almost 6 days ago and I have been calling nonstop because the manager still has not called me. Every time I call they hang up in my face or put me on hold for hours at a time. I have called too many times trying to get this situation rectified. Terry was one of the most rudest customer service person I’ve ever spoken with. I sat on hold for over an hour just now someone answered, as I was explaining the situation and they hung up in my face.

DO0NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I ordered a number of items…everything was delivered BURNT. I called to request a refund and was put on hold multiple times, had to keep calling back only for them to offer a 25% refund. They are SCAMMERS, liars, and take customers money and blame it on “management”. Horrible horrible company. I hope they go bankrupt.

The only reason this place is open is because its in Vegas and open late. I asked for anchovies… they put sardines on my pizza! Wanted an Italian sub.. missing salami, which is on the menu as what should be on the sandwich.. it was just really bad food.
