I guess I’m not the only one who ordered Hawaiian Pizza and got something else like chicken with ranch pizza. The broasted chicken was good but I chose “dark meat” only and they send us with mixed, the chicken breast meat was dry. Funnel fries was good. Also, I ordered online for delivery.

Be patient! The pizza is worth the wait. They are less than 6 months old, underrated, and light on staff atm. I’m an OTR Truck Driver, I know where the good food is! If you are a pepperoni pizza lover, you need to try the Star City Special!

POSITIVE POINT = Great Crow Peak IPA Beer, NEGATIVE POINTS = I ordered a three piece mixed white/dark chicken dinner w wedge potatoes & cole slaw with assurance that this would include a chicken breast. Received a terrible wing, small leg & other odd part. Each piece had little meat but was heavy on poor tasting breading. When we inquired re missing chicken breast, I received commitment for corrective action & delivery of same. This did not take place in anything approximating timely manner & our server did not return. The potato wedges were an incredible combination of overcooked crispy but still greasy inedible masses. The slaw was less than mediocre. We were very much looking forward to paying our bill & departing extraordinarily unpleasant experience ASAP but because of obvious understaffing & slow service, we needed to repeatedly seek out missing personnel & finally request billing from bar tender. As a married couple nearing ages 80, this was the worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had anywhere in travels across the USA & anywhere in the world. As noted, the Crow Peak tap beer was fabulous – but this terrible food & service does not warrant a near $50 tab. This was noted to bartender accepting payment & $3.00 was deducted from bill. My one of five stars is lowest available rating., We’ll not return & suggest avoiding Yankton “Boss’ Pizza and Chicken”.

Not a sports bar at all. Went to catch an MLB game while camping nearby. But, they don’t have any sports packages. What kind of sports bar doesn’t have any sports packages?? Naturally the place was dead.

I would NOT recommend this place at all!!! The waitstaff are not friendly and were slow to even acknowledge us after we were sat. The food took WAY too long. It was a Thursday night and they were NOT busy. People that came in after we had placed our order were served their food before us, had time to eat, pay, and leave before we got our food. No apologies from the waitstaff or explanation for the over 50min wait. We had to flag the waiter down to try and get answers. He walked by our table several times and took no initiative to explain the wait. It took us having to get his attention to finally receive an explanation. The “explanation” we received was, “their waiting on crispy chicken.” You have chicken on your menu! It’s literally in the name of your restaurant! How long does it take to cook chicken!? Our order consisted of two crispy chicken salads and a bbq chicken pizza. Then when we finally get our order, one of the salads comes out without the crispy chicken! That long of a wait and you don’t even get the crispy chicken! The pizza had obviously been sitting under a heating lamp while they were “waiting for crispy chicken,” and was dried out and lukewarm. The waiter didn’t even come back to check on us after we received our order until he wanted to see if we would like to pay. He did give an insincere apology and a measly 10% off. This place clearly does not care about their customer service. I managed a similar type of restaurant in the past, and if one of my customers received this kind of service and/or food quality, I would give them way more then a mere 10% off the bill and the server would not be getting as many tables in the future. As the manager I would have also visited the table personally to apologize and see how I could make it right, because I valued their business and wanted them to come back. Save your money and time and go somewhere were they actually value you as a customer!

Food is way over priced for what you get! Pasta was over cooked and dry. If you order Hawaiian pizza online you’ll get a chicken bacon ranch? Not impressed would not order again.
