My family and I used to love this restaurant. The quality of the food and * especially* customer service recently is what has driven us far away from this place. We understand that mistakes occur, but about 75% of the time there is usually some type of mistake with our order. It’s either we’re missing an item entirely, or it’s made incorrectly. On this occasion, we ordered only 2 items and were quoted over an hour wait time. (1 pizza, 1 order of boneless wings). The delivery driver showed up and didn’t know if I paid or not (which I did by card over the phone). And then, they forgot the wings to our order. Upon opening up our pizza after the driver left, we realized that half of the sauce was missing on the pizza and the jalapeños we ordered as a topping were just thrown on the pizza without being baked on. (Probably something else that was forgotten too). There were also holes in the dough of the pizza. We called the store upon realizing the lackluster quality of our over-priced pizza and got a rude manager over the phone who said they “aren’t allowed to give refunds”. So we sent the pizza back and they’re going to take pictures of it and document it in hopes of getting store credit (which we will never use again). And to add on top of the experience the delivery driver (which we still tipped) said “I don’t see what the problem is here” to the manager over the phone rudely as he took the pizza back during his second delivery. And the wings we received from the second delivery came with no dipping sauce. All of this to say, I am saddened by the lack and quality and care for the food we pay good money for. We would have been happy to have accepted another pizza, but the costumer service we received from the manager is ensuring that we will not be back.

Food is great. Service is absolute garbage. Honestly wish I could give 0 stars for service based on our experience tonight. We usually order for delivery online but it takes so long for the food to arrive we decided to go to the restaurant to try to avoid the 2+ hour wait for our food. That was a mistake. I ordered our food and while filling out my receipt with the tip and total amount, I was apparently taking too long as the guy behind the counter said ‘it’s not that hard.’ I thought maybe I heard him wrong because I hadn’t taken that long to fill it out and why on earth would someone who chooses to work in the service industry ever speak directly to a customer that way unprovoked. Once I finished filling out the receipt and handed it back to him, he waved at us sarcastically and said ‘ok. bye.’ No information on how long the food would take or how they would notify us that our food was ready or even a thank you. Not a good look to have your employees treat your customers like a nuisance or a burden while spending money to support your small business. What a bummer. We order from here frequently for late night bites and will choose to go elsewhere from now on. Hopefully management is able to provide some extra training to the young man working the register with a tattoo of the word ‘baby’ or ‘ruby’ over his right eyebrow that warranted this review on how to provide a better customer experience to your patrons in the future.

Stuck due to weather on Christmas Eve I checked to see what was available for delivery to my hotel. The Boss showed up on my phone. I didn’t want to eat anything too heavy so I went with the all veggie pizza. I was told it might take an hour or more due to work load on the holiday but it arrived in less than an hour. My only issue was I ordered a medium and got a large and was charged for one as well, only a few dollars difference so I am not complaining about the price, it was just more pizza than I could eat by myself and was heading out early in the morning. Good pizza. Thanks for being available on holidays for stranded travelers.

Was not what I was expecting. We went to the one on Minnesota. Crust had no flavor kind of reminded me of a frozen cardboard pizza. The staff was not very friendly in fact it felt like we we’re an inconvenience. Our 20oz bottles of pop were 3mos out of date. Not sure if we’ll try it again!

Very, very dirty business overall. The main dining area is rarely cleaned, mostly cleaned by customers prior to using it. The actual cooking/kitchen areas are filthy. The hand washing sinks are not functioning and/or unreachable. There’s no soap in the dispensers or even available for an employee to use, period. They don’t use gloves to prepare food at all. They’re actually trained NOT to use gloves if they can help it…..

I ordered the Big Cheese, Bossage and a custom made pizza (sausage, green peppers, tomatoes and olives). I love the Bossage. Different varieties of sausage is fantastic. The Big Cheese has a great blend of cheese and gives a great taste that you don’t get with a single variety of cheese. Crust is slightly chewy. Pizzas were ready in about 20 minutes.

Needs a zero star option. My husband ordered carry out. The person taking the order wasn’t the brightest. My husband repeated it several times. Had a coupon for free bread sticks. He asked if that had come off. The girl said “I think so”. Said the order would be ready in 20mins. My husband got there and no one had put in the order. He told them the order AGAIN. He waited another 20mins. He gets home and the order was wrong. We ordered two chicken breasts, pepperoni pizza and got free bread sticks. We got a breast and a thigh that were doughy, got some sort of cheese sticks that were flat and kind of gray on one half. My husband called and told them about the screw up and asked them to make it correctly and he would come get it. He gets there and once again the dingbat at the counter hadn’t put in the order. Totally not worth the hassle.

This was the first time i tried boss’ and it was amazing!!! Pizza sauce is awesome chicken was great too! Delivery driver as fast friendly and efficient. I have myself a new pizza shop!!! Plus they are open late for night owls like me!!
