2nd time here. First stop !! This time was graciously greeted by the friendly owner as I looked over the menu outside the door. He invited me inside. Bought me a beer as I told him about how much my family enjoyed the friendly staff and amazing cheesesteak sandwiches and lobster rolls on our last visit in 22’ We talked about sports as I ordered up round two of the most flavorful perfectly cooked beef sandwich. And what makes this cheesesteak the best I have ever had, is the pairing with the perfect roll to hold this generous juicy portion of beefyness . Real bang for your buck! Stop walking by this place. Stop in. You’ll come back !!

Great food, friendly staff, but it’s hotter than hell in there. The owner keeps the door open so all the AC just goes right out. It’s hard to eat when your dripping sweat. Would recommend getting takeout over dining in here. Owner plz fix the door already so ppl can be comfortable while they eat. Staff said door is broken, so it needs to stay open due to being so difficult to open and close.

My dad and I had an amazing experience here! We arrived mid afternoon, (when it wasn’t busy), and were greeted by a friendly employee. The employee recommended to have the lobster roll in mayonnaise instead of butter because he was from Boston and knew the authentic way it should be served. This was the best lobster roll ever! Fairly priced and will definitely be going back. Highly recommended!!

Amazing roast beef sanwich at Boston Beef by the Sea ! The beef was nice and rare, the bun was soft, and the cheese was tasty ! This is a wonderful new addition in Lauderdale by the Sea, and they are inexpensive with a remarkable menu. The worker informed me that their cheesesteaks were their bestsellers, but I had 25 more miles to bicycle and I was unsure of how a hot sanwich would travel in my bike basket so I went with the standard roast beef. Grwat customer service from the two dudes working the counter. Highly recommend !!!

I absolutely felt like home!! I haven’t had a beef 3 way in 7 mnths since we came to Florida. I live in jensen beach and drove 2 hours to have lunch here!! It did not disappoint!! The owner is a friend from Massachusetts and he definitely brought the north to Florida!!

This is the only review you need to read. Get the roast beef with extra sauce (they gotta load these beefs up more with sauce). You’re a clown if you order anything else. I’ve tried to other “Northshore beefs” in major Metropolitan cities and they’re trash. This is the BEST roast beef outside of Northshore Massachusetts. I don’t even know what else is on the menu. It’s irrelevant.

As a Massachusetts girl, the food did not live up to the hype beef and sauce tasted good but it does not come with and onion roll and it was over toasted and way over priced. Mozzarella sticks had absolutely no cheese in the or in the container so im not sure what happened there. Nice people working the counter though!
