Nothing fancy but good hotdogs. I enjoyed the chili dog. The staff was quite accommodating for my kids desires for their hotdogs. I like the homemade toasted buns. The mac and cheese was meh. I’d skip it next time. The rosemary fries I’d come back for alone. Wish we had one back home.

Boston Hot Dog Company in Salem is a great place to stop in and grab a bite to eat. Not much seating outside, hoping they add a few more benches and fix up the table/stools there. FOOD was wonderful! We actually stopped in twice while on our trip to Salem. The kids loved it, I loved the Bacin Mac & Cheese and the price! $

The ingredients are high quality with staying within the hot dog rules to me. Many different options to choose from. The quality was superb! With hot dogs to me, it’s all about the snap too! Don’t miss this doggy dog world! Stop in and have a new experience. I had an O.G. it’s an O.G but where there was an extra to me, there was the medium hot chili pepper with spice, with crunch and also added acidity and added more texture where onions where not lost. I guess what I’m saying, this dog was perfect. The buttered bun was so good too. Everything was well thought out. Enjoy people!

Best Hot Dogs in Salem! We ordered 3 of the Chicago Dogs and they even managed to throw some of the Mac & Cheese on the bun after I requested if they could do it. Really friendly staff in the place. No seating inside so you have to sit outside on the benches or stools.

The second you walk into the door, the warm greeting and calm atmosphere bring a smile to your face. The buns were perfectly toasted and the hotdogs are freshly cooked to order and the toppings were crisp and flavorful. There are plenty of sides to choose from and the mac n cheese was my favorite, hands down. If I make it back to Salem, Boston Hot Dog Company will be on my list for sure!
