Walk in menu board not even on no menu only a few choices says that’s all they have. Expensive didn’t even give corn bread and what they had looked like been there all day. I had placed an online order on the website for delivery. Everything said that the restaurant was open and accepting orders. I placed the order and it said the order was accepted and they were preparing the order. I then got a text message from the driver after they got to the restaurant saying the location was closed down. My card was charged and there was no way to contact the restaurant or someone on the website. Then they transferred the order from door dash to Uber for another person to pick it up, who then canceled the order after arriving to the restaurant and seeing that it was closed. This location has always been unavailable for orders and needs to be looked into.

They did not get supplies, so the bathroom was not up to par. The fish was cold, but I would still go back, the people were doing their best for the situation at hand. They had the chicken, and my family had no complaints. Much better than the usual fast food.

The meat has no flavor. Had ribs and meat loaf, ribs had a better taste. Mash potatoes are bland and the mac and cheese taste like boxed store brand made with cheese powder. The best thing was my fountain drink. The corn bread was ok.

Absolute trash location. My girlfriend and I used to love our BOGO Wednesdays here, but over the past 6 months this Boston Market has gone to waste. Even worse they’re the only local one. Today (Friday) the drive thru had a sign that said it was closed due to the weather (mind you it’s not even raining) but the inside was open. We parked and tried to go inside but the doors were locked with 3 employees just hanging out.

When I received my order, the food was all misplaced and messy. The chicken was super dry and burnt, the mashed potatoes didn’t taste like they normally do but the Mac and cheese tasted good.

I grew up eating from here. Man has times changed. They had random selections of food strewn about and covered in foil like a cookout. Looked very old. The lights were dimly lit as if they were saving money. It was scene right out of a comedy movie.

Worst location ever!!!! The employees are so rude and won’t even look at you when you walk inside or bother to help you. They should either close this location or fire the whole staff and upgrade to employees who actually have a desire to work and help others. On top of that, they always have less than half the menu available. It looks like they don’t even take care of the place on top of that. It’s one of the dirtiest, most unsanitary restaurants in MA. Save your money and go to any other place on Boston road.

Absolutely horrible experience, went there a few weeks ago and was told meatloaf was completed taken out of the menu. Online I saw you could order it so I decided to contact the store and worker stated yes we do but we close at 7 even though it says they close at 10pm. I go to pick up through drive thru at 6:15 to hear them say we are closed, I said I thought you were closing at 7pm I just called for meatloaf, she says ok drive up to the window only to tell me that they had one available that was overly cooked. Not satisfied with the service and parking lot is bad many lot holes for a very long time now
