Twice I didn’t receive what I ordered. I ordered a slice of apple pie and was sent a whole frozen sweet potatoe pie. Ordered mashed potatoes, cilantro lime rice, and two meat combo of chicken & ribs. Received Mac & cheese, corn, and chicken; and no cornbread. Also, received fountain diet coke instead of a bottled drink as ordered. Tried to call to ensure I received correct order. Never able to reach anyone. Line busy but sounded as if off the hook.

Ordered takeout. Got two dinners. Rotisserie chicken with broccoli and potatoes. Small amount of potatoes. The gravy had no flavor and was watery. Was craving ribs. Got a call ten minutes after placing the order that they were out of ribs for one of the dinners we ordered. Given the choice of chicken and turkey to substitute. The guy who called didn’t sound pleasant or mildly helpful or sorry. Ended up getting white meat chicken because we were already getting dark meat chicken with that dinner with side of potatoes and sweet corn. The white meat chicken was not to appetizing to look at the way it came on the bone. The dark meat was one leg only. They still gave us BBQ sauce even though there weren’t any ribs and the garlic sauce we got with the dark meat chicken was pre put on the chicken leg. Loads of small & med size rib bones (seen in top of container) from the white meat after picking the meat off to eat, and for the price.. we were dissatisfied and disappointed.

Do not come here, lost $60. Placed an online order, went to pick it up and the food wasn’t even put in packages yet but also half of what I ordered was not available/they did not have. I asked for a refund, the man behind the counter told me he could not give me a refund but handed me a paper with an email on it. It’s been two weeks and I have not received an email back, no refund, no communication from the Boston Market email.

It makes me so sad to give this rating. I remember going to Boston Chicken with my grandfather when I was younger. It cha get over to Boston Market and the food was just as good (delicious). There have been several times over the last year when I wanted to go here and they were closed during hours when they claimed to be open. Okay, I’m a loyal BM customer and realize that COVID really did a number on businesses and their hours. I won’t hold that against them. I ate there yesterday and I guess the best way to describe it was going to a restaurant that should’ve closed it doors permanently two weeks earlier. Their menu was extremely limited and didn’t even have what I went there to eat. They did have the Mac and cheese which is always great. Yesterday it was soupy. I got the ribs and corn. Neither of them could’ve met the quality requirements set forth by a prison, hospital or nursing home. So disappointing especially since it’s a place that I really loved. I’m hoping that it’s just this one location that’s this bad and the other still maintain the same quality that I love and appreciate.

I love Boston market but they’re never open. They never follow the hours posted at all. If you’re going to advertise that you close at 10pm, why are lights out/no one home at 8:30pm?

Only 3 soda slots were open while the rest were out of order. That nasty fake cheese soup y’all call Mac&Cheese was completely uncalled for. Thanks a lot for the upset stomach.

Employees were great, food was good. My issue is pricing. I swear, every few visits I feel like I get ripped off at Boston Market. I ordered a large meatloaf meal with two sides and cornbread for $12.49. I asked for a small side of sweet potato casserole. You can get a “three side sampler” with 3(!) sides for $7.49. Guess how much a single, dinky little side item costs when you add it to a meal – $4.79!

I made an order for pick up when I arrived the doors were locked the employees were inside cleaning and they close the store down two hours early before their actual scheduled time I knocked on the door they politely ignored me they didn’t even have the decency to come to the door to let me know what was going on and apologize for the inconvenience my card was charged for the full amount and I have yet to receive a refund. I thought it was extremely rude that these people didn’t have the common decency to come to the door so I took photos of them ignoring me just to prove how rude these people are.

So I was really looking forward to some sweet potato casserole Mac and cheese and some other things from Boston Market. Drove 30mins to get said food only to my surprise find what looked like an abandoned store front. Maybe it was my craving for some good eats that lead me inside against my better judgment. Not only did they not have a single soul inside but the menu monitors were shut off and they had the menu hand written and taped on the glass. They not only DID NOT have afore mentioned sweet potato casserole but they didn’t have much of anything. I ordered what I could for my family and left (sans pictures I know better next time). Oh it only gets worse I get home to feast on what I could mange to order from this deserted establishment only to discover that the food is completely disgusting and unworthy of me or my family eating. Long story short away from Boston Market in Quincy or any of them for that matter.

I had Uber Eats the 1/2 BBQ chicken with corn bread, mac and cheese, and cesar salad and my order was messed up. I didnt receive BBQ chicken, and they gave me mash potatoes and corn instead of the Mac and cheese and corn bread. It was very disappointing.
