What happened to the Boston Market we used to love?! I’ve been visiting this location for 30 years and it had always been good…until this last year or so. We got take out a few months ago only to find they were serving disgusting instant potatoes. I thought maybe it was a one time thing, like they ran out of the real potatoes. Nope. I went last week and they’re still instant. The door was propped open because the AC wasn’t working. There was a weird smell and the menu screens only had 3 basic menus displayed. I got chicken, corn, broccoli, rice and mac and cheese. All looked OK but omg they were all gross. The chicken had an off smell.

Third time eating here and probably won’t come back. 25 years ago I ate at BM for the first time in Texas. It was great. Not so much now. The only thing being served was rotisserie chicken and sides. I get it that’s their claim to fame but in this market you can’t be a one hit wonder. Even coke sells more than coke. I found the mashed potatoes and/gravy had a “tanginess” to them that they shouldn’t have. Who likes tangy mashed potatoes or tangy gravy. The creamed spinach is good. Could use more salt. The chicken was good just flavorless. Plain raw chicken roasted. You have to do a little better than that for these prices. The real kicker is that the drink machine has been out for several months. All they had was 1 can of Diet Coke, 1 can of Fanta orange, bottled water and bottle apple juice. What kind of beverage selection is that. I feel like the restaurant is struggling so they’re cutting all kinds of costs just to stay open at the expense of providing better selection and better quality. Honestly, at this rate, corporate should just close the location and reopen it with more competent management/franchisee.

I use to really enjoy Boston Market. I was looking forward to my meal but I was disappointed, unfortunately. The chicken was dry and it had a bad smell, turned me off in eating more. The mashed potatoes were just okay. The only thing I semi-enjoyed was the sweet potatoes. It’s unfortunate but I think I’m all set with Boston Market. I gave it two stars because the guy who served me was very nice.

Been eating at boston market since I’ve been a child. This location is awful. Ordered food for lunch and it was cold. When we told the guy working there he admitted the heater had been off all morning then continued to serve the food to other people. The mashed potatoes and/or gravy tasted rotten. And the chicken looked very unappetizing. The people then asked if we wanted anything else and we got a refund that may or may not have gone through in 4 days. DONT GO HERE

I’m so sad. I was looking forward to this because I love Boston Market but it was so gross I couldn’t even eat it. The Mac and cheese was so watery. The chicken was dry and the sweet potatoes tasted and looked like they had been sitting for 2 days. The corn bread was crunchy too. The employee could care less about serving us too. Barely said a word and took a call on her cell phone in the middle of making my husband’s plate

Don’t do it. This was the worst meal I’ve had in a very long time. First they were out of chicken, so I got the turkey with mashed and macaroni.

I placed an online order at 8:15 (almost 2 hours before their website said that they close) and drove the 22 minutes there. When I got there and walked in, the girl working just yelled at me that they’re closed. I told her that I was picking up an online order that I had placed. Worth an attitude, the girl responded that they canceled all orders. I never received an email, phone call, or text that the order has been canceled and no explanation was provided for why they were closing early and failed to notify those placing orders. Now I’m out almost an hour of my time and $30

This was my partner and I’s first time eating at any Boston Market and the staff were friendly and thorough. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. We ordered the ribs and Boston Market Bowl. Would go here again. Thank you!

The half a chicken I ordered was extremely dry. They never delivered the brownie I paid for.The stuffing tasted like vinegar, and the mashed potatoes were watery.
