Have not been to this location in a long time. As soon as I entered, the employee serving the meat welcomed me, which was greatly appreciated. The employee up front could be a little more friendly. The food was okay, but I loved the mashed potatoes. Would be nice if Boston Market would expand its menu with a different variety of meat and side choices instead of the typical foods.

Ordered two meals through DoorDash. Delivery was prompt. The food in both meals was terrible. The chicken was dry and tasteless. The vegetables were also dry and lacked taste. They don’t put gravy on the mashed potatoes anymore? This is the last time I’ll ever order from Boston Market.

This East Haven location has gone downhill.. They no longer serve white gravy?? So what do you put on the menu items that come with it? Fountain drinks are gone only bottle soda is available. They serve the food in a Styrofoam container now?? This location has the looks that it is closing down or management does not care.

Used to go here when I had a late day at work and wanted something that wasn’t a burger or taco bell. Went there the other day and the food is just terrible now ! It doesn’t even come in the Boston market containers just a chicken inside a styrofoam container too small to hold it and sides in clear plastic containers like soup from china star lol it really looked as if the place was prepping to close for good :/

It doesn’t take a degree in finance to understand that you can eat at the Boston Market for less than you can eat at any of the top five fast food places. It doesn’t take a degree in science Nutrition to understand that the food at Boston Market is way better for you then your typical fast food. I just wonder why the Boston Market corporate marketing folks haven’t figured all of this out. Keep up the good work Boston Market. Great location…. pleasant staff.

Michael, the manager was Amazing. I came there pretty late after work and they only had a fraction of what they usually sale. He went to the back and got me the sweet potatoes and I thought that was super sweet of him. Great Customer Service. The food was delicious as always..

When we got there they only had dark meat left, most of the sides were gone or had been sittingout all day, and the rice was hard as a rock. The employee gave us food we didn’t want just to get rid of it. The toilet in the men’s room was also broken

Very poor customer service, both employees were more interested in their phones than serving the customers. Restaurant was unkept and somewhat dirty. Asked for napkins, given 2. Asked for extra, given 2 napkins. NOT the same Boston Market from years ago. Very sad.
