The food USED to be good. Not sure if its new management/owners but its gone downhill the past 2 years. To start they were out of everything and when I asked how long to wait until everything is refilled I got “uh, well, idk its gonna take a while.” I ordered a market bowl there was about half a full scoop of mash and a few corn and LOTS of watery gravy. If I ever end up not liking something im not one to make a big deal but this time I couldn’t hold it in. I asked for a refund and the woman said “would you like something else instead.” I chuckled because the only thing that was left was 2 pieces of broccoli and a sprinkle of rice. I told the woman there isnt much to choose from I’d like a refund please. The lady behind the register wasn’t too happy but ive given this place sooo many chances, even came at different times to see if that helped. Its just that simple the food is horrible and the staff does not care.

If I could give a zero I would. I was passing through on a road trip to Maine for my birthday and decided to come up in Wilton, CT on Danbury Road to stretch and get a bite to eat. As I entered the Boston Market, on 7/26 around 2:30 pm, a lady was in front getting an order together. Me and my husband stood there, with absolutely no interaction from her at all. After not even getting a “hello” or “ be with you in a moment”, my husband asked (after 7 whole minutes), “is someone going to help us?” Her response was, “who!” We were in disbelief and horrified at the treatment we received in this city. I’m not sure if it were a racial thing or an inhumane situation but it was terrible. We went over to Outback, across the lot and was treated much better. These are the type of employees that ruin a business.

absolutely horrid. i have nothing good about this place. starting off with the service, incredibly unprofessional. she started off by saying how there was no chicken and the only thing that they had were ribs ( a little thing of ribs and it came with 2 sides) so me and my family agreed since we were starving and not thinking about anything. there’s no reason for a ribs and 2 sides to be 17 dollars. i asked for drinks and apparently the only thing they had were coke, fanta, and sprite. i wanted a sprite, she goes to the back ( mind you, she’s walking the slowest i’ve seen someone walk, she was prolly in her early 30s so there’s no need for you to walk so slow to the back) comes back and says there’s no sprite. i look to the left and see there’s a soda fountain and there’s sprite and i asked her if i could get a cup of sprite instead. she doesn’t say anything and goes to the fountain and gets a double liter soda bottle of sprite and opens it to pour it into the cup….absolutely not. i ended it asking for a bottle of coke instead and it was 8 dollars. i could’ve gotten that for 4 at cvs. the atmosphere was terrible, everything was sticky, the floor was wet, smelled horrible. she served the food like those grouch lunch ladies at school, little portions, the side comes from a bottle and is served that way, service was horrid, and we had to pay 66 dollars. by far the worst place i’ve ever been to in my life. if i could rate under one ☆ i would.

Chicken noodle soup was ok. Ribs very gross, BBQ masks the meat taste well. Chicken seems to have been reheated chicken from previous day, or a couple. Mashed potatoes gross aftertaste. Asked for sprite got a water location is outdated, and you can tell so is the kitchen.

Paid 30.00 bucks for dried up chicken from a nasty lady in crocs who didn’t care that the only drink they had was room temperature water and zero concerns that the mashed potatoes and other hot food weren’t even luke warm but was having a great time with male employee no working on fixing any issue and all new products were advertised but not available great job to Boston market as if you couldn’t screw up your brand any more you have lowered your already sub-standard bar

Sides were cold, when I asked the guy to top them off, they ended up charging me for additional side without telling me. People that work there look like came straight from the street or homeless shelter

I haven’t been here in a while because the chicken is always dry, went today for lunch at around 1150a.m ordered half chicken, double Mac and cheese, they where out of corn and mixed vegetables. Got to my job location and ate some of the oldest looking chicken I ever seen. Couldn’t finish it then felt sick to my stomach. It’s now 9 at night, felt off all day (no dinner) just finished puking up what chicken I ate for lunch . Stay away!!!!
