Listen 3yrs ago I wrote a review due to the food and my experience here was always very good, but I had to write this today April 4th 2023 because I went to the very same Boston Market as always because it’s so close to home this time I have to say disgusting you guys talk about your spicy chicken nuggets can we jus say cold and Hard the corn bread was like a brick over cooked and the candy yams what the hell, I’m ashamed and you guys should be as well, that in a black neighborhood you can sell stuff like this, maybe it’s a new owner that took over I don’t know but get it together, my son and I had to dump this food and eat somewhere else.

This location is terrible. It looks like they are going out of business. I got corn and rice last week and alllll tasted raw and undercooked. The chicken tasted bad like they left it out and cooked r even though it probably smelled bad. The drive through is closed. There are no menus to chose what u want or chose something different. They haven’t been working for over a month. They don’t have juices, the fountain soda taste like water. Some higher ups need to come check this location cause for whatever reason the food quality has declined to a negative zero.

Ordered thru DoorDash and what a disappointment. This place used to be so good. Ordered 2 3 piece dark with 2 sides. No Cornbread which usually comes with the meal. Was wrapped in aluminum foil. The chicken was so dry and chewy. I’m not sure who they have working there or who management is but this place has gone down tremendously!!! Go to a different neighborhood where they care about the quality of there food. I wouldn’t support this one. It’s not the same anymore.

Not like it used to be. Less food to choose from. Food not cooked well. Some food tasted like a mixture of leftovers and bew food. Overall I only enjoyed the rotisserie chicken. Purchased my meal on 5/23/2023. Was totally disappointed because I expected the same quality of food that I got in the past from Boston Market.

Deserves absolutely zero stars. The best part was my Uber driver making light of the situation. The unprofessionalism is astounding. I don’t expect much, considering that fast food workers are underpaid but Jesus. How do you have a restaurant and no food?? Make it make sense.

The only thing that was decent was the chicken. The delivery driver was very nice. The mac and cheese was terrible. The mashed potatoes were spoiled and the corn was water logged. $56.00 down the drain. I guess I’ll be sticking with Rt22

They had nothing. I don’t know what’s going on. They had a little bit of regular spinach left. They didn’t have cream spinach. No sweet potato. I can go on. They need to find another vendor. When I came a month ago it was Excellent. I wish they bring back the apples. They were delicious. I didn’t get anything this time.
