Last month we ate once at Boston Market of Hackensack. The only food we preferred was its A La Carte Chicken Nugget; other foods were OK but should be better. They had large parking space; however, we ate around 4pm there but parking lot was full of parents waiting to pick up their high school students at nearby school.

The management is horrible at this location. The owner is a snob and lazy. I order food that wasn’t properly cooked and was told I couldn’t get a refund for dinner. Do not support this location. I’m glad this location is closed

For folks looking for more than a kick in their rotisserie chicken the new Peri Peri in the menu will suit your tastes, it’s hot enough to burn my chin! I got mine with some mix rice and finish it with sweet potato casserole for dessert. It was a nice enough dinner. I’ll be back to try the chicken sandwich, cilantro rice and Thai chicken.

Came home from a 12 hour shift absolutely starving . I haven’t had Boston Market in years and decided to give them another try . I clearly stated an egg allergy on my order. No cornbread ? Plopped on top of the food. Egg free apple pie ? Pumpkin with no allergen info online. Creamed spinach ? Steamed brocolli instead. Its like the employees went out of their way to ruin my meal and evening. Not allergy safe and barely edible. Don’t waste your money or time on this place.

If your going to get food here late nights just be mindfull the day the manager is off which is I bilieve 2 or 3 days out of the week just know his employees staff sneakily close the doors at 915 930 and they won’t let you in at all and tell you their closed although their hours of operations sais 10pm closing. So their breaking the rules for their own convenience to go home. I could imagine what other bad habits lead to from their on down the gutter. Money theft. Dirty failed inspections of food and etc.

UPDATE – They were a little disorganized this visit but it was Mother’s Day so I’ll give them pass and keep my rating at 4 stars. Update part 2 – Very well handled. Food delicious and hot.
