I try not to leave bad reviews because that’s what everyone is quick to do. But I just picked up some dinner after a horrible day and the food was even worse. Completely dried out. Mash looked and tasted like cheap box mash, grave was extremely dry salty and burnt. The chicken was completely dried out and they gave me a piece of corn bread that resembled a thin cookie. I was so upset, I didn’t feel like driving all the way back, I just threw it in the trash where is belongs. What a waste of money!

We used to love to come here for good food – either take-out or dine-in, but not anymore! The food was NOT good, the meatloaf no longer available, the potatoes tasted like box potatoes the cornbread was dry and hard as a rock. Flimsy plastic utensils. It was not nearly as clean as it used to be either. Such a shame! No one is ever going to come back if they don’t start cleaning up their act and providing good food and good service like they used to.

Listen to the recent 1 star reviews. Do NOT spend your money here. The quality of the food has severely gone downhill during the past year. Have been here many times during the past few years- never disappointed UNTIL this week. I was just here earlier in the year- don’t know what happened (food chain supply issues, owner/staff not caring, business possibly closing down- who knows).

Food was horrible. Potatoes were hard as rocks. Chicken was dried out. Mashed potatoes tasted funny. Ev d n other people who were leaving when we did commented on how bad the food was. We will never go there again even if they paid us. Should have known something was wrong when then other 2 people and my wife and I were the only people in the place for at least 1/2 an hour or more. Place was empty when we left with no one else in sight to visit it. Says a lot for a Sunday. This place use to be packed. Worst 35 bucks we ever spent.

Do not eat here!!!! I drove 30 minutes to this location to get cold food and leather pieces in my food!!! Get all the way back home called over 10 times and there was no answer!! To get all the way back to the restaurant to be told the phone line is down!! I asked for a full refund of my meal for the supervisor on duty to give me 7.49 refund just for the spinach!! Who in there right mind that works in customer service would ever do that! I told him I wanted a full refund and he proceeded to tell me it was just the spinach.. and that he isn’t going to argue with me it wasn’t “his store” I don’t care who store it is if you working there you need to have pride in what you are doing and what is being served! I will never go here again! Check your food please!!

Chicken was dried out , sides taste like if they were from the day before and the cornbreads were hard as bricks. Service was ok. The worker took about two minutes to notice that we were there because he was too busy on his phone. Mind you it was dead when I walked in. Spent about $40.00 for a family of 3 and wasn’t worse it. I should have walked back out when I saw the place empty.

Decided to give this place a try after not having it for years. Never again. They should’ve perfected cooking chicken but it was the driest thing ever. I’m pretty sure it was yesterday’s batch. No hot sauce, forks, or customer service. Avoid this place.

Boston Market if this is the best you can do then you better just close the doors.. I have nothing nice to say about this place except the air conditioning was on and its hot out. This place was like eating in a cafeteria in JAIL. This location should definitely be investigated by corporate. It was nearly impossible to eat my food with the plastic fork and knife that wasn’t even suitable for a child.. the place is filthy the bathroom wasn’t even suitable for a homeless person to use and the staff is legit Dumb. Only one guy who worked there seemed to have any sense at all and I actually felt bad for him.. Since I was the only customer I am sure they know who left this review and they should be embarrassed for how absolutely LAZY and near useless they were. I couldn’t even have a plate..I had to eat out of a to-go “box” and a bag..

I had a door dash delivery , they didn’t send corn bread I ordered chocolate cake and received brownies . I cannot rate the atmosphere but hopefully in-house service is more adequate and the customers receives what they ordered and paid for .

What happened to the quality of food here? The ingredients have changed for sure. The sweet potatoe casserole had no marshmallows and even the corn bread has less corn meal. Boston Market at this location will eventually close. I wasnt even given utensils for takeout. I will never go back.
