It was a pleasant surprise to find a Boston Market on our way home from the dog shows! The chicken was good as were the side dishes, like the good ole Boston Markets. They have more choices for sauces over the chicken, and the service was good. We’ll stop again when we are in the area!

The food here is always very good. I tried the prime rib and I was surprised how big and really tasty it was. The chicken is always delicious too. And if you haven’t tried the sides you’re really missing something. It’s a way better alternative to typical fast food for about the same price range. Consistently good, highly recommend.

They left out like 4 cornbread, we had to ask them for the drink that came with the meal, overall food wasnt the greatest. Other boston market on rt 18 is definitely WAY better.

Getting here minutes before the opening hour of 11am, the workers inside are seen pacing to make sure the food is prepped for lunch hour. I had no trouble ordering minutes after entering. The meal trays were perfectly packaged to go and bringing home a nice hot meal, after a 15 min drive, was great. The chicken is always tasty, savory and delicious.

I really like Boston Market’s food and food selections and I’ve never had anything to complain about. What I will mention is this, after cooking a Thanksgiving meal over a 2 day span, I decided to order Christmas dinner from Boston Market and was let down. When I went to pick up the order, the wait time went pass the time by 20 minutes from the time they told me it was ready. When I got home, I found the sauce in the mac & cheese was so watery, it spilled over in the carry box and was inedible, the gravy was bland, had no flavor. Also received 2 artichoke dip and no cream spinach. Even with all of this, I still gave the Associate a $20 tip for their efforts. The Market was short staffed and bit off more than they could chew this past Christmas. I still love Boston and will continue to eat there, I just won’t be ordering another Christmas Dinner

Both of our meals were wrong, but they took so long to come that we ate them anyway. The one garbage can they had was over flowing. Almost all the tables were somewhat dirty.
