I visited this location yesterday to purchase 2 chicken pot pies for my husband and I, as all I was thinking about was that delicious light and flaky crust mixed in with the creamy sauce. You know when you just gotta have it?

They must have changed owners but the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes are completely different and taste like instant microwave versions. All the take out containers changed to cheaper thin plastic versions as well. Meanwhile prices are still as if not more expensive than before. Used to be my favorite place now I’m not planning on returning genuinely sad.

I just ordered from this Boston Market and don’t even know what my food was. The Turkey was no longer real turkey but was some processed meat that felt and tasted like mush. The creamed spinach was canned spinach, no cream. The potatoes were the only edible thing but the gravy was a big globule. Even the corn muffin was soggy. This is not my usual location, Forest Avenue was closed. I hope this is a franchisee cutting corners and not a system wide decline. If so, I’m done with Boston Market. Threw out $50 worth of food. Won’t even try this location again.

Went a few weeks ago, the food was horrible. Mac and cheese had no flavor and tasted like just hot water. The sweet potatoes had a chemical taste to them too. The chicken was dry. The place seems disorganized and unclean.

Complete waste of money. The food was actually disgusting, I spent $80 and threw it all out. The mac n cheese tasted like nothing, the corn was still hard and the chicken was cold and dry. Not to mention I ordered the roasted garlic sauce for the chicken and instead of the sauce on top, they put me a whole piece of garlic. The kids meal chicken nuggets came soggy. The “chicken noddle soup” came with no noodles and one piece of chicken. I’m extremely disappointed and grossed out. I don’t know what happened to this place but they need to either fix themselves or close down. Disgrace for food.

On the day I went I personally did not have a good experience. When I walked in there were no other customers. There was two people working, a regular employee and a manager.

Been going there for years but have noticed a steep decline in overall cleanliness and now the food itself. Windows always seem dirty, tables never seem to be clean anymore. The garbage area next to soda machines is kind of gross. Last few meals I’ve eaten chicken warm not hot but also dry. Mac n cheese tasted like hot water left in a pasta strainer. Watery Mac n cheese, mashed tasted like fake butter was added. Not sure if the recipes changed, hope not but at a minimum fix the place back up and look like a place people want to eat at. I’ll go back again in a month hopefully just a bad day…

This place used to have very good meals for a decent price. Loved going to Boston Market for years. However after visiting again after a year. The quality has really gone down hill. Stale cornbread, watered down gravy and a turkey meal that is horrible tasting. The sides they sell taste bland and look like they have been sitting out for two or three days. Turkey has got to be the easiest thing to make and these guys can’t get it right. If I was eating in the restaurant instead of taking out. Would have demanded my money back and I have never felt the need to ever demand that of any place I ever ate at.

Chicken was not so bad, just a little dry, macaroni and cheese and corn were so old, they were awful!! My kids had to spit it out. Potatoes had no flavor and mash potatoes had soo much salt. Maybe we went at a bad time, but 6 pm should be a reasonable time to eat.
