I watched a documentary about Boston Market it was very interesting. I decided to go and give a try. The menu looked overwhelming big so I asked the lady for recommendations and got the 1/2 chicken with 2 sides (Mashed potatoes and rice) great combo by the way. The place looked clean but sadly not busy at all from 12:00 to 12:30. I hope they make a come back. Service was 10/10!

Hands down the WORST boston market, if I could give it a negative rating it would be done in a heartbeat. Once you walk in there’s a strong smell of odor that smelled like a mix of paint and cleaning supplies. I would be concern eating from this establishment. The service was even worse, the lady behind the counter has a nasty attitude even with a simple order. We ended up just walking out in disbelief of how rude she was. Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this location.

Placed our order online for pickup. It was not a great experience. Made the mistake of not checking the bags. When I got home I found we were missing the Mac & cheese and BBQ sauce. Returned to shop as the Mac&cheese was an extra side that we were charged for, skipped on the BBQ sauce. They provided the side, although they were not pleased. Overall the food was so so. The chicken was good, but the sides were poor to just okay. Also, online order menu did not include some of the sides we saw when we went to pickup our order.

Chicken was reliably excellent but the vegetables on the side tasted rotten and were inedible. I mentioned it to management who said it was a new seasoning. They went above and beyond to give us replacements. That’s how you run a restaurant!

Customer satisfaction to the lowest…I asked for small size gravy with large mashed potatoes and I ever offered to pa, because I had gum work done and can’t eat anything beside soft food for couple days….I been coming to this store since 15 or 20yrs n no one untill today said no…guess what I will find a different Boston market…no wonder your stores ratings are low to 3.
