I hate going and giving bad reviews but I’ve been eating Boston market for years and every Boston market I’ve gone too has the same or very similar food taste. I’ve been to this specific one multiple times for the past few years and today was the first time I was so upset about my food. The mac n cheese was practically swimming in water the meat I ask for was completely different and the mash potato recipe is not the same mash potatoes I’ve been eating from Boston market it taste like the potatoes came straight out of a bag. Taste was completely off the only thing that tasted good was the corn bread. I’m sorry but I suck at cooking and even I can make nice cheesy creamy Mac n cheese not water

I tried to like Boston Market, I really did but this food is bland and flavorless. I was lured in because they now have chicken nuggets. These nuggets are salty as hell. And they’re stingy with their portions too. I paid $18.17 for some food that needed my Goya Salad and Vegetable seasoning. Unfortunately I ate in the store because if I ate in the car I could have used my seasoning. At lease the spicy sauce adds some flavor which the broccoli and potatoes needed. The chicken nuggets are very salty. I have two stars because the water was freezing and the sauces were good. This is a no for me. I cant do this to myself again. And to make matters worse, I’m still hungry.

I didn’t know it was possible to ruin mac and cheese but apparently it is at Boston Market. Extremely mushy macaroni with an almost steamed consistency topped with half melted strings of cheese. This place used to serve better food back in the day, extremely disappointed.

Chicken was overheld or reheated in a microwave, tasted awful. Broccoli and corn was garbage and shouldn’t have been sent out. Mac and cheese has had water added to the sauce. Gave me a 16oz coke instead of a 20oz coke.

Boston Market is not what it used to be. Not bitter at all but it used to feel like you were getting a quality “home style” made with love type of meal for a comparable price. The meal is not the quality it used to be and the cost is more than what it ought to be. Even the drinks are exorbitant. I don’t see myself going back to Boston Market anytime soon.

There’s never any chicken at this location, customer service is unprofessional and how does one get any turkey meals with the gravy, do we have to beg, pay extra? The buy one get a second free meal coupon wasn’t valid because apparently I didn’t read the fine print. Second time I have a bad experience at this location. I’m surprised they’re still in business

When customers order a WHOLE rotisserie chicken and you pack their order with this(SEE attached photo of what we actually received), be upfront about it, be honest, perhaps you ran out of the whole chickens?! Let’s us know prior to selling something. Hoping no one notices this isn’t a Whole chicken? Customer service includes communicating with customers..

The quality and taste of my order was fine. I just want to point out that no matter what was going on at the store, you should have never forgotten to put the utensils and napkins. I was in a hurry and maybe it was my fault for not checking it right away, but how many people do actually check their bags to make sure that utensils/napkins are in? Better need to train the employees from the basic stuff!
