Wanted some chicken on a Saturday and had a choice of KFC, Popeye’s and this Boston market. I thought maybe I would go with the healthy option (even though Popeye’s is probably my favorite, then KFC next). I ordered through the app in advance because of the poorly lit rear parking at the location. I arrived on time, but they did not start my order until I arrived and there were a few folks ahead of me. Not much point in preordering if you need to do it all again after you arrive. I ordered a whole chicken and the chicken cutlets with gravy. The server made a point to bring out a dehydrated chicken from the warming oven even though he was removing freshly made chickens from the rotisserie. The sides were also well dehydrated and well past their prime freshness window. Mac and cheese was too salty to eat. Server’s exact words were, “don’t worry, they’re all fresh”. Chicken was more like jerky and the cutlets were covered in a goopy white-ish slime. It was 20 minutes to closing time and they probably had an arduous day already, so it’s all good. We threw everything out, $30 bucks not well spent.

Don’t come here. No cornbread small sides. And didn’t have more sweet potatoes. Like come on. Let me know before I order that there’s no cornbread next time.

I’m not sure what it is, but it seems like the food at Boston Market has lost some of its charm. We used to love going there, but now, it’s just not the same. We still go every now and then. A good meal is a good meal, but there is definitely something missing.

I arrived here around dinner time, the place was empty. (Should have turned back then) The food behind the glass looked very unappealing as if it had been sitting there for days. The Manager, Mike, is very nasty and lacks Customer Service Skills. Will not visit this location again.

Going to Boston Market with my Father when they first opened up on Long Island, was always great. I have not been there in years and must say it was one of the worst meals I have had in a long time. We got the chicken nuggets and a side of beans and macaroni and cheese. The pasts was watery and over cooked and cheese tasted like chemicals. The beans were tasteless and the chicken was covered in a weird dressing and tasted like absolute trash. I threw the meals away and walked out even after paying far too much for poor quality food. This is not the Boston Market of years ago and should probably close. The staff was good but they seemed understaffed.

I had food from here a total of three times, and the first time the food was good, but the second and third times were severely disappointing. The potatoes used to be real potatoes. Now they are watery and definitely pre-packaged, not fresh. The cornbread is hard and inedible, and the chicken is so bland. The quality of the food has gone down significantly, and I don’t think I’ll ever order here again or from Boston Market in general.

THIS PLACE IS GOING DOWN HILL!! So on 8/13/21 at around 7:15PM I decide to stop by our local Boston market in Westbury to grab some dinner with my girlfriend, we’re tired and hungry, she had just gotten out of work and we walk in into this store with 7 people waiting online, and there’s only this young man standing there serving people and taking care of the register, and mind you there’s 3 people in the back talking laughing doing god knows what, Horrible experience & poor customer service!! it’s sad to see this place get worse by the day, I’ve been coming here for years and I don’t know if it because they’re about to close down but the whole store is in completely bad shape, seats are broken, Bathrooms are filthy and to put the last nail in the coffin they make anxious customers wait 6- 8 minutes for a meal, with a fully staffed store, Unbelievable!!
