This boys behavior was absolutely disgusting, the floor is wet and covered in soap, the manager needs to fix this nasty establishment. The way I was spoken to alone is not acceptable. I was asking about THEIR MENU – this guy kept insulting me and making jokes at me. I swear to God I have never experienced such pathetic abuse of power by being the only person on the food line to talk to me like such garbage! I had to ask him maybe ten times what the side order combo was. GROW UP BOY IN PHOTO!

This is the worst Boston market I have ever visit. No working bathroom, no working soda fountain, no working ice tea machine, no chicken in the rotisserie. The chicken we got was horrible the potato was old. The atmosphere was like a ghost town. This place should be closed down before someone gets food poisoning. The chickens seem like it was from the day before. The place smelled like old oil. Stay away from this place you could wind up in the hospital.

Place was dark and dingy when I entered the Shirley location, which I thought was eery considering I have been coming here for years. I actually went at 11am, but it was closed, a little notice on the door indicating new hours.

Last two times I went in to the location there is a weird fish like odor. Last two meals have been horrendous. One of the times the chicken smelled like fish. Couldn’t eat it. Gave it one more chance a few days ago. Location still smelled. This time the chicken smelled rancid. Threw it right out. Probably shouldn’t have gone back a second time. Not sure what happened to this location. It used to be good

I rarely post negative. I hate to see folks lose their job but I don’t think the kids behind counter are the problem. Whoever manages this store in Shirley should quit. The food is awful and many choices on menu are not available. Boston Market home office it’s time to pay attention and take action.

It is hard even giving a one star! The two chickens we bought were bad and I mean stunk and we couldn’t even eat them. The meat was just plain rotten. The only thing that was edible were the mashed potatoes and corn bread. $72.00 worth of food. The service was fine! Never going there again.

I’m not sure what happened to Boston market but it’s time to lock the doors and turn off the lights. Was a great restaurant back in the day. They had no chickens on the rotisseries and sides were few and far between. I got a sandwich it was a rock hard chicken nugget on a bun. Past time to pack it in Boston Market! Edit 5-31-2023 Still no boiler plate responses Rahim you know this is the worst restaurant still in operation just close the doors I emailed corporate what a joke this place is r u waiting to give someone food poisoning before you close….?

Food is insanely overpriced for what you get. I ordered a Nashville spicy sandwich for about 8 bucks and what I got was not worth it. The bread and cheese were both cold, being hard to the touch. The patty was at-least heated but was still only lukewarm at best. You don’t even get an included side with this, making the 8 dollar price even more of a rip off. The employees were nice at-least, but the food quality was abysmal. This place is a rip off DO NOT COME HERE.

Really loved all the food there for years ,BUT recently they did away with REAL mashed potatoes and changed to powered potatoes, also did away with butter so what do you put on the dry bun and mashed potatoes should you order it. There’s more, also did away with pepper, what the heck. I hope the cooperate people read this. It’s going down hill…
