(Ps I don’t leave reviews.)Honestly I hated Boston market for the longest time.. but I have to say for a chain restaurant the staff that’s working behind the counter in this place love there job and there customers.. I’ve never experienced customer service so genuine. Even to the point where as I’m sitting down eating food, I’m hearing them talk about possible improvements so they can bring in more customers.. WHAT! I’ve never heard of employees showing so much attentiveness at a chain restaurant! You have a definite repeat customer. And the food fits perfectly for my diet. Good portions not too much not to Lil just right. Honestly my favorite place to come if I’m able to take a lunch break.

This used to be a great Boston market location with a long line and fresh food. Now it’s a trash dumpster. Hard dried out chicken pieces are served with insipid liquid flavoring drizzled over what they call rotisserie chicken. The soda machines all have little signs that say out of order on them. The dining area looks like an abandoned double wide with old tables and chairs.

So I do a lot of reviews so you need to listen to this one. I hated going here in the past. I dreaded it. Then I walked in today. I saw an entire new staff. Before I even saw I heard. I heard professionalism, sense of urgency, and my food was good. It was fresh. So let’s start with the team. I call him the general, Antoine the GM had a mile smile, enthusiastic, yes sir, directing traffic, asking for help, thanking people. In the mists of it one of his team members came up to help but told him the trash can with water fell over. He took a breath and said I will come back to help. Even customers behind me were commenting on the change. If you haven’t been back to the Boston Market Snyder Ave. Go back. Give them a try. I will be back. A big thank you to the team, hats off for the hard work. Antoine, Mr. Kamar, Mr. Craig, Ms. Alex and Ms. Avena. Great job I will be back!!!!

Order a whole chicken for dinner at 8PM. These guys don’t close till 10PM minimal. They canceled my order, it’s not even 9PM yet and never gave an explanation. After that, they weren’t taking any orders anymore. Tried to call, no one answered.

The customer service at this location used to be subpar. I don’t know what they’ve done, but it has drastically improved. Night and day. The last three or four times I’ve been has truly been a pleasure and I hope they keep doing what they’ve been doing. It’s working. Great food too.
