did a pick up order through the app – had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the food to be brought to my card, and when it was, it was only about 60% of what we ordered. they just scratched out things they “didn’t have” on the receipt and didn’t give us all of the chicken we ordered, but didn’t tell me. Place is really run down – do not recommend eating here.

This is the second time that I have been here . This small peice of chicken that looks as if it should be on a kids’ meals. The manager needs to show the employees how to cut a quarter leg. They are also always out of stuff. The first time, they didn’t have the type of chicken I wanted plus no chicken was ready at the time, so we had to wait. Today the store didn’t have any drinks , was out of the type of chicken that I wanted and for the second time , my portion of meat when I open up my tray is like a leg. This is bad management at its finest. I will be calling the corporate office.

We used to really like Boston Market, but out latest experience was very disappointing. My wife’s turkey was dry, with some sort of brown coating. My daughter’s chicken was dry also. My meatloaf may have been made from meat. The mashed potatoes tasted like they came from a box. Other sides were mushy and flavorless. This was at 6:00 on a Saturday.

I order from Boston Market frequently, and normally it’s very good with consistent quality, but this previous time it wasn’t good at all. The mashed potatoes were terrible – just tasted stale. The mac n’ cheese was so watery, the “sauce” had spilled everywhere within the tray. The chicken was okay, but not edible because of the cheese flavored water permeating everything. The cornbread was half the size it normally is. For the price, it would make more sense to get a full rotisserie chicken from ACME.

I order the meatloaf , mash potatoes & corn which were just OK . My cornbread was a very tiny piece of a roll . I asked for utensils & the guy gave me a spoon . I order a side of mac & cheese and it tasted like chemicals. It was the worst $18.85 i spent . I am very disappointed. The store on the outside looks abandoned . Something needs to give ! I really hate to complain cause i always look forward to the mac & cheese & the meatloaf & it was just horrible

Arrived at 11:30 am to a closed restaurant and the employee sleeping in one of the booths. After knocking on the window, he woke up to tell me the restaurant won’t open for at least 2 more hours because the chicken was cooking. The hours of operation state 11am. The employee looked dirty, and the fact you’re sleeping out in the open is nasty. Nope, I’ll never come back!

The chicken and turkey we always ordered here used to be very flavorful, sadly the last time we ate here both dishes were at best bland. There was only one person I saw on duty at 1 p.m., and he struggled to keep up with the demand.

What happened to this place? The flower beds are just weeds an thistle, the doors were propped open with chairs. We walked out after being told the only had chicken an meatloaf, the sides were dried up. SAD

The person at the register was asleep at a booth at 120pm on a Sunday afternoon. Seemed to be someone in back cooking, when I got the guy up to take our order he was not happy and a little hung over. Food was reasonable. But no kidding why this place has nobody coming in.
