Called to speak to a manager on 7/1/2023, at around 4:15pm. The person that answered the phone claimed that he was the manager (Julio) at the moment”! The food is horrible, old and nasty not to mention that they took the liberty to change one of my sides on my DoorDash order that was falsely advertised! This place is terrible! Go to another Boston market don’t go to this one! I attribute this to poor management

I really don’t understand why one of the main Boston Market entrees — MEATLOAF is always unavailable via DoorDash or Uber Eats. My review might have been a bit higher IF I didn’t have to be inconvenienced by driving to pickup my Meatloaf meal since it’s completely unavailable for delivery.

I ordered through DoorDash and just received order food Taste horrible turkey had some weird condensation on it mashed potatoes have no taste and very disappointed about the mac & cheese. It does not look like mac & cheese. It looks like noodles with grated Parmesan cheese? ♀️

We just relocated to Maryland from Georgia and found Boston Market while we were searching for a grocery store. The staff at this location is awesome, and the food is very well prepared. Needless to say, we’ve been back 3 times in the same week

I am extremely disappointed with Boston Market. I spent $20 dollars on a regular turkey meal. When I ask for cranberry sauce, I am told I have to buy a family size cranberry sauce which cost an additional six dollars. I ask for the manager and all he can say is that is what the company wants. I will never visit this establishment or any Boston Market store ever again.

I wanted to do a quick simple Thanksgiving without doing the cooking! I came across the Thanksgiving were open advertisement. I was a little skeptical but was very impressed with the organization that the store had. They had picking up for the Thanksgiving holiday pick up. And they had a separate for the catering pick up. I had an order for 20 people, it it took me 10 minutes from the time I walked in to walk out and have the food in my car and out the parking lot. Thank you to the staff who work that day an awesome job amazingly execute it truly made a difference.
