Wasn’t as happy with Boston Market tonight as we usually are. It was approx.8pm, and so maybe that is why they were out of a lot of side items, not sure. Also, only 1 fellow working out front, everyone else was in the back or cleaning bathrooms. So our wait time was unusually long, and they were totally out of prime rib, and any other meats. Normally this is not our experience so we were a little disappointed. Food was good tho.

Plans changed for Thanksgiving, so my fiance and I went to Boston Market for our dinner. It has been so long since either of us have eaten there, we forgot how good the food was. Turkey and sides were good and the staff was very friendly. We will be back

The people here were above amazing. I just had a major car accident and was bandaged up and moving slow. The lady offered to take my tray to the table, and did so with a smile. The food is always great to me and my belly. Thank you so much for the kindness!

Ok the food was great but our experience was terrible! My husband and I went in and ordered our food. After getting our food and checking out we only had a $100 bill ! This is what the bank had just gave me. The Cashier took our money and gave us our change. We sat down and started to eat, after about 4 minutes the cashier came over to our table and informed us that our $100 bill was no good ! We were totally embarrassed! My husband offered to give back the change and pay by credit card! They didn’t know how to do that and told us the food would be free just go ahead and eat! I Well we weren’t going to do that , if we eat it then we’ll pay for it! The other cashier decided to try to void out the transaction and put it on our credit card. After about 7 attempts she was successful! Apparently after the cashier took our $100 bill he later took it to a machine in the back of the store and tried to deposit it and it kicked it out! My feeling on this is why didn’t he do that before we sat down and started eating!!!! Sorry because of this embarrassing deal we will not be coming back!!!

Very good. I haven’t been to a Boston Market in years. We had the meatloaf meal with dill potatoes and macaroni and cheese, the turkey with dill potatoes and macaroni and cheese, and the chicken pot pie with mash potatoes. Everything was excellent. I will definitely be back.

It was horrible. We went on March 27th around 7:30. There were 6 people in line who couldn’t order their food because the employees were waiting on a woman to call someone and go over the entire menu with someone else (twice) before ordering her food. All 6 people, including us left and bought dinner somewhere else. Certainly we should have been able to order our food while this woman figures out what she is going to order. The employees seemed to not care that everyone except this woman left? If Boston Market does not care about our patronage, then we will never go back to this establishment.

None of the food is as good as it used to be. Everything i have liked from boston market has changed. No red sauce for the meatloaf?? I hate gravy on meatloaf. Its sad. The chicken carver sandwich was amazing, but of course the changed it and its horrible now. Probably won’t spend my $20 here again.
