It’s safe to say this location will shut down sooner than later. Ordered online pickup. Walked into the store no one greeted me. Told the lady my order name and she gave me the bag and told me “have a good night”. Looked through my order before leaving. Majority of the items I ordered were not in the bag. I ordered spinach, sweet potatoes and stuffing I had spinach, Mashed potatoes and corn. I had to ASK to be told that 2/3 items were out. I ordered two kids meals with rotisserie nuggets, they were given a quarter bird. My husband had a half chicken, and two sides of spinach instead of one side of sweet potatoes as ordered. The lady tried to explain what happened but honestly I didn’t care. I should have been contacted or at the very least told at the counter when given my order. I can only imagine how upset I would have been had I not checked my order and driven all the way home. No compensation or apology. Just an excuse. Not even a complimentary dessert. We have frequented here in the past since the other location in Arlington shut down (bummer because they were amazing). We will never come here again.

Boston Market use to have good food. I received watered down mac & cheese, dry chicken and a hard corn muffin. The food horrible. This restaurant needs to be closed down.

The food was absolutely DISGUSTING. Omg I’m so disappointed. I see why locations are closing all over the DMV area. It’s been about a year since I’ve been to this location and it has really gone downhill. The macaroni had this spoiled coagulated milk taste to it. The chicken was so dry; literally had to force it down with water because it got stuck in my throat. Green beans tastes like they were just dumped from a can. Mash potatoes were dry and chalky. This is absolutely disgraceful. I knew I should’ve walked out seeing the condition of the food, but I was just too tired coming from work and having not eaten anything since early this am. The fountain drinks are all completely out of service. The atmosphere in the restaurant is just completely terrible. I will never eat at this location or any location in the DMV area at that again. So disappointed cause I’ve always loved Boston Market. Please beWARE. Look at the food before you buy it.

This food is awful!!!! The little I ate has my stomach hurting!!! Man n cheese tastes like water. Chicken not ready and this little piece of corn bread is cold. No wipes I want my money and time back. The guy on the register was nice and the woman serving the food was pleasant. Cream of spinach was good!!!

I’ve been here numerous times and have always had a pleasant experience. The place is always clean, food is always hot and fresh. There’s not much variety with the food here but what they do make is made well. I’ve ordered the meatloaf and turkey from here and I’ve been pleased with both. I recommended downloading the Boston Market app to schedule a pick up if you’re short on time and want to avoid lines around the dinner rush.

I know whoever cooked this chicken saw these two long feather quills sticking out of this wing before they put it on the rotisserie. I ordered this thru Uber Eats and it arrived so cold I could eat the creamed spinach. Very disappointed, won’t be eating here again.

Standing sewage in the bathroom and the food here made you NEED that bathroom. Service was awful. Sides were out of stock. And food tasted like it had turned to rot. How this restaurant remains open, is a disturbing statement of how low can get in Fairfax County
