Just received two DRY chicken pot pies and two half-cold pieces of cornbread. By cold, I mean they feel like they were previously frozen and microwaved or put in the oven and not heated up all the way. The pot pies had NO creamy sauce. The worst! Can’t eat it. It was delivered by DoorDash. So dinner is ruined.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I placed an online order Saturday July 16th at around 5:30pm. I arrived at 6:16 and they were closed! I emailed customer service since it’s a Saturday and I am currently waiting for a response. I went to the store Sunday at 11:30 (they “open” at 11) and they were again CLOSED. I will be calling Monday to receive my refund this is unacceptable.

I wish to God there was a way to leave less than 1 star: ok 1st I was called by my dad multiple times because there were several items that I ordered that were not available. When I stated they can just refund me I was told I would have to do it online but there’s nowhere on the website or e receipt for me to do that. Then when I got my food items were incorrect & the chicken was old and dry. The Mac & cheese? Like a watery porridge or soup! (Never mind the fact that they used a drink lid to cover the most vile mac I’ve ever had) Broccoli over cooked and mushy. Like whoever is doing the cooking really should be all the way ashamed of themselves. This will be my last time ordering from this location, or maybe even Boston market in general bc I spent 50 on inedible food with no way to get my money back Super disappointed because whenever someone speaks badly of Boston market, I’m the first to defend with the quality of food and service being superb for it to be in the realm of fast food. But now I see why: Boston market has fell off. And if I don’t hear from someone about my refund for the poor items and missing items I’ll just dispute the whole transaction with my bank once it stops pending but yeah this was trash. If i had enough time before I have to be back to work I would happily take this food back up here and ask them to replace bc no fs were given!

I’m rating this 2 stars solely for the service, which was pretty good. The food was absolutely awful. To be quite honest, you could but a rotisserie chicken at Walmart and it would still be better. I have seen the food here go downhill after the past few years. Ever since my last visit in 2018, they no longer have many fresh side options. No more fresh green beans (replaced with canned corn and canned mixed veggies) and no more pot pies. The soup was very bland and they no longer do free soup refills for dine-in customers. The cornbread was very dry and some food items seemed undercooked. I will not be returning ever again, sadly.

Service was amazing on point . I went in there three times and the service was still the bomb she still had the same smile she help me with what ever I needed very happy. I met some nice people in there. Food was good and hot. It’s healthy food somewhat. You got your baked chicken your Greens carrots candy yam cornbread mixed vegetable. yes it’s okay I’m going back. Oh and it’s clean inside.

Why is this place still open? The energy and service is tired. The food looks old and unappetizing. The servers looked sad to. Yes they were polite. I asked to taste the stuffing. Stove stop is better. I purchased a mashed potato. Never again.

After reading recent reviews, we were a little skeptical to try out this Boston Market. I gotta say the Meatloaf was really good and fresh as was the Mac and Cheese. However the creamed spinach was a little dry, maybe overcooked or leftover lol. Overall, I was happy with my meal. My girl got a 1/4 chicken meal(not pictured) and she really liked it a lot so this was a pretty positive experience. Thank you!

As you can see, my order was placed and instead of them calling me to see what replacements I would like, they gave me what they wanted me to have,the potatoes are dry, and I didn’t get my mixed vegetables, no chicken on my salad that I paid extra for, and not 1 I mean not 1 piece of cornbread with 3 meals. Do me wrong once SHAME ON YOU!!! YOU WONT GET ME AGAIN!!!!!
