Service was good but the food was absolutely terrible! I hadn’t been to a Boston Market in years. Just moved back to Florida and thought I’d go there for home cooking flavor with drive through convenience.

Went to this location to dine in. I had told my daughter Boston Market is nice because they use real plates when you eat there. Food was served on disposable plastic plates. Okay. That’s fine.

Man to see these Stores going down is just saddening. The Pride we used to have in serving our good quality homestyle meals. Everything was amazing a few years back! My Boston Market Family will nevertheless always stay dear to me! Hopefully everything turns out to the better!

Wow. Used to love Boston Market but now they’re just BM! Went at 6pm and the place was empty. They apparently don’t make the food fresh in store anymore and it tastes like it. “Mystery Meat”-loaf had a weird taste to it, potatoes seemed packaged and gravy was bland. They’ve eliminated half the tables but that doesn’t seem to be a problem since nobody is eating in. While I was there, 3 people came in and left without ordering anything and half of their menu boards are empty since their selection is now very limited. BM used to be my favorite place for meatloaf and chicken carver sandwiches. Since they don’t cook the chicken in store anymore I can only assume the chicken is as bad as the meatloaf is now.

Boston Market used to be a “healthy” fast food chain. We have not eat Boston in over 2 years. After today experience..sorry I know why they are closing their locations. Food is tasteless, chicken dried unsalted, potatoes a bit sour, rice hard and dry… even their bread is different old and hard. So,sorry but not even a chance we will be back … at least to that location. (Altamonte)

What has happened to Boston Market?! As I came her to order a family meal with my dad, the food looked less appealing than it used to be years ago. The portions are smaller, prices are higher, and the food is not even delicious. Boston Market should no longer be in business in this area. There is no quality food here any longer. A very disappointing experience. Won’t be returning here again.

The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was no more than a defrosted Wal-Mart breaded chicken with week old pickles on a wet bun. Absolutely the worst. The place smelled of old oil and was not very clean. First and last time we will be visiting this establishment. Surprised they have made it this far being open.

We have been going to this location for the past six years and for the first time, we ended up not eating our food. The containers the food came in smelled gross for starters. The mac n’ cheese, which usually is very tastey, was just awful. The cheese sauce was runny, the pasta was chewy and lacked flavor. The cornbread was so dry, we all spit it out. The broccoli tasted like freezer burn, it wasn’t seasoned and also overcooked. The meatload had a strong taste of onion powder and looked like it came out of a can. We have never had this experience with Boston Market. So either the cook was off their game today or the food was poor quality, whatever the reason please change it.

This place is usually good for quick service, but unfortunately the last 2 times have been way subpar. This last time had no macaroni & cheese, no garlic & dill new potatoes and no creamed spinach. Apart from the chicken, those are literally the items everyone visits for.

This place needs to be shutdown. No way you can serve this and call it food. $40 wasted. Very sad that Boston Market has gotten this bad.
