Stopped here on my lunch break thinking it was going to be a good meal. The chicken is dry and really lacks flavor, the Mac n cheese is old and lacks cheese, the beans are steamed and rolled in some type of oil but no seasoning. The bread looked and tasted microwaved to thaw but was not like Boston market ever was. I remember Boston market as a treat to go to with juicy chicken, sides that were great, and cornbread to die for. Complete waste of 11 bucks. To add to it the guy taking your order could care less

So apparently Boston Market has new owners. None of the food is the same. The meal I got was pretty much inedible. A total waste of money. I could have saved a lot of money and got a frozen fried chicken dinner that tasted better. The chicken was okay but too dry, the potatoes tasted sour and reminded me of instant mashed potatoes, the mac n cheese was bland. I should have known when I got there and there was literally not one single customer there. This place will be out of business very very soon. I didn’t even eat the meal I fed it to my chickens.

I was planning on dining in but The atmosphere made me change my mind. They were out of the cream, spinach, my favorite veggie. The card reader was not working. Luckily, I had cash. The soda machine wasn’t working, they only had three options of canned drinks. The one employee in there was very cold. I used to like Boston market? I will never go into the Lake Mary restaurant.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I wish I would’ve read the reviews on this pointing out they are under new management and how BAD the food is now, however, I did not and now I seriously regret it! I typically love Boston Market but this new management has changed the food completely and its disguising and inedible. I took one bite of the mac and cheese and immediately spit it out because it takes like a watered down unflavored noodle. It was super dry, zero flavor, and GROSS! The mashed potatoes were basic plain ole instant potatoes and the gravy was all over the to go box. SMH! And the chicken was so dry and flavorless it almost made me choke. I’m so disappointed and obviously still hungry considered I was not able to eat it. I will never, literally never, order from this location again. Moving forward I will be sure to check out the google review before placing any orders at Boston Market again to avoid wasting my money again.

This store is barely open, they have less than half of the menu items shown on the menu. No fountain drinks, all the food is dry and tasteless. This establishment needs to close and let a company that wants to actually run a successful business.

I’ve been a Boston market customer for years. I’ve visited several locations in Florida with no problems. I recently moved to Lake Mary FL about 2 years ago and I must say the location here @ 4335 w lake mary Blvd 32746 is and has been the absolute worst. This location is always out of food no matter the time of day, the service sucks and sometimes the payment machines are down. I just visited them again a few days ago only to see signs posted all over the menu saying what they don’t have and they were only taking cash. I couldn’t even see the menu to order whatever they did have. I don’t understand why this location is Still open for business in this nice neighborhood. 05/17/23 I went today around 530pm to this Boston Market. After been absent from this area x 2 years. The chicken and corn smelled like old food been cooked 3 days ago. Only fresh smell was the sweet potatoes. After eating partially 40% of this chicken leg and thigh I stopped , I try the corn and smell same old food and the only food that I was able to eat 100 % was the sweet potatoes. After this I asked for the manager, notified him my frustration..and he just said that the company changed the ingredients. That I was surprised. ?????? I questioned his answered. Nothing to be with my complaint it wasn’t fresh dinner.
