Service was fine unfortunately everything I ordered was extremely overcooked to the point I couldn’t eat it. Chicken and bread were burnt, and the mashed potatoes were like soup. Green beans were fine but that was the only edible thing on the plate. Shame because typically I love Boston markets food. Just get a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store this place has given up.

This place is a disgrace! I was greeted with “we only got chicken, meatloaf, and these sides,” which I translated into “you really don’t want this.” Eager to have Boston Market, I took a risk which did not pay off. Old chicken sitting on a hot line since at least 9 this morning, Mac and cheese that’s soggy noodles with no sauce, mashed potatoes stretched to soup topped in brown dirty water, pancake flat cornbread served in cheap styrofoam complete with trifold towels designed to go in a dispenser next to the sink in the bathroom. What happened to Boston Market? I’d lock the doors and throw the keys away!

This store does not deserve a star but unfortunately I have to give it one. As a former employee of Boston Market I was disappointed with the product produced during lunch. We wanted to dine in but the dining room was closed. We ordered our meal and took it back to work. The broccoli was over cooked, Mac and cheese was watery, and chicken was undercooked. This particular branch needs to be closed down for the benefit of the franchise.

Dining room was closed so had to use the drive-thru. After waiting intercom several minutes, a young man finally asked for my order. I start requesting side items only to be told they weren’t available. I ask what they had and was given a very limited selection. I asked for lemonade and was told they didn’t have any soft drinks available. When I got to window, I asked the young man if he was running the restaurant by himself and he said, “Pretty much”. Paid $26 for 2 meals without drinks then got home to find the chicken was tepid and burnt and the side items were cold. They were the worst meals I have ever received from a Boston Market restaurant. Felt bad for the young man on duty, as he probably had been insulted or yelled at by irate customers. The receipt had “Now Hiring” printed at the bottom. No wonder.

This place is an abomination. I normally like Boston Market as far as fast food goes. But this one was the nastiest, rankest, most disorganized, embarrassment of a restaurant. They lost our online order, stood there dumbfounded instead of making it, then took forever once they finally got around to making it, then ran out of one of the sides but instead of saying anything they just make us wait longer until we asked (not sure if we were just going to wait infinitely if we hadn’t asked), messed up the order in a few other ways, then made the most repulsive chicken carver I’ve ever seen. It was wet, stale, old bread with gristly chicken and a puddle of mayo. It looked like a deep-sea fish vomited on a sponge then laid down and died in its own vomit pool. Here’s the picture. Look at that. Sweet merciful heavens you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Was visiting Orlando and saw Boston Market on Kirkman Rd. The drive through was full of debris and the restaurant looked like it was shutdown ~ When the gentleman came over the speaker, I ordered 1/2 chicken dark, mash potatoes and corn. The meal was HORRIBLE! The corn was dry and hard. The chicken was old and dry and they failed to give me gravy for the mash potatoes. The gentleman told me when I picked up my order the store was closing down in a few days. Honestly, closed the doors and spare customers the sub par food. I cannot believe Boston Market would allow such food to be sold under their brand. Close the doors early and spare your customers the trash you are serving on Kirkman Rd in Orlando, Florida.

They changed the corn, it has no taste to it, and the cornbread falls apart, I had 7 pieces and threw them away, and the Mac and cheese looked as if it sat out for days

This place is a joke, they’re nothing but theives. Took over 80$ for food that was never even prepared and never picked up due to a mistake on my part. Did my best to get in contact, manager, when I did she was extremely rude to me, who then passed this issue on to a employee who at least seemed helpful. Order was placed last month on the 11th and after being told they went through higher end management and it should come back, THEY STILL have yet returned MY money. Worse customer service I’ve seen in a business period.

Ok so upon entering the restaurant I was met by what seems to be a manager. EXTREMELY RUDE. I said hello and she looked at me. They were out of drinks at this location (totally fine) things happen. This is probably where her attitude came from. However the manager was so freaking rude. You could literally hear her in the dining room complaining about previous customers being upset in regards to no drinks. I also found it super weird that one of the other workers had her boyfriend hanging out on the dining room. The dining room also looked awful! Plates and trash everywhere and crumbs all on the floor. I understand we’re short staffed everywhere and things break down but it cost 0.00 to smile and say hi.

I’ve eaten here several times over the years but something very off about this location now. They were out of most food and sides. The to-go container was Styrofoam and the bag wasn’t “Boston Market” themed. The chicken tasted off. Wouldn’t go back.
