So disappointed! I have never visited this BM before,1st and last time. Chicken was not only old but burned! And the sweet potato looked like mush. The only food that was fresh was the mac n chz. I made the mistake of not checking my order before driving home several miles, lest I would have certainly refused it. Hate giving bad reviews, this BM needs to step up their game!

I don’t know what I just consumed, literally. I remember when Boston Market was something to wait in line for but on this visit I didn’t realize that this place was serving baby food nowadays. I tried the Rotisserie Nuggets that immediately reminded me visually and by the smell of baby food or worse pet food. The sides are all now smears of what they used to be. I give it to the crew for the building being cleaned and the friendly service but this isn’t food. This is a 12pc and in comparison to the side and the 2 sauces you see what you get. I truly can’t recommend this place to anyone or remember it being so bad. You get more sauce than the product.

Don’t waste your money here. This location should be close. I used to love creamy spinach and mash potatoes from this place. What I received today was disgusting. I called and their answer was, we changed our supplier.

This location needs to be closed. The employees are non existent just like the food. They never have anything in stock and are always short staffed. Even the parking lot says it all with only 1-2 cars parked outside which I’m guessing belong to the employees. Definitely miss the Boston

Never again! The gravy is disgusting, watery and tasteless, no dark meat available, no sweet potatoes, my mashed potatoes were sour. The employees are just there for the paycheck. The restaurant is empty on a Sunday at 6:40pm that should tell you a lot. I see this going out of business very soon….I will never come back here. Never again!

No stars for the food,I went to the Boston market on pines boulevard near CV Smith park. The chicken was dry and tasteless. The mashed potatoes had no taste,they tasted fake and watered down, the corn was tastless also straight out of the can. And the cornbread was hard.I’m never going back to Boston Market. I see why they’re closing alot of their stores.

worst boston market ever to go to, i had made an order online for pickup and when i get the thru the drive thru im informed theres barely anything, which is not what im upset about as it understandable and out of the employees control but the fact that i wasnt able to choose from what there was, as my order had one thing they were soldout is ridiculous, i even had to ask myself if i would get a replacement or my money back, as they just handed me the order and looked at me blank and annoyed when i asked them nicely. When they told me they just gave me another side out of there choice and in a rude tone , i just decided to trust them even though it is my order and my money . When i get home my side was mash potatoes which is very irritable as i did spend 17 on this order and mash potatoes was already one of my sides.

If you had your heart set on Meatloaf or maybe some Ribs or a specialty chicken you better find another Boston Market because if you go there after 6:00 you can forget about it. And half the time if you go there before 6:00 they won’t even have at least one of the things you want.
