What a bad experience I encountered at this Boston Market today. I ordered a half chicken meal (dark meat) and the meat was tasteless and dry as if it had been sitting out for more than two hours. The sweet potato souffle was cold and horrible. I exchanged the chicken for the meatloaf; what a terrible mistake. As I opened my tray to taste the meatloaf, it was sour. I am furious, this was the worst experience I ever had at Boston Market. In order to keep your customers coming, you must make sure that the food is quality for the amount someone puts out on take-out/dine-in food. I will be sure to inform others about this restaurant, my experience, and its horrible food.

The first time I came here, I went through drive-thru. They didn’t have the creamy spinach, and their sweet potato casserole was flavorless! It didn’t have the marshmallows and the signature crunch it’s known for…..as if it were from a can.

Picked up food via drive-thru. I thought it strange that food was in white Styrofoam containers. When we got home, noticed that the food looked different from typical Boston market fare. The sweet potatoes were watery and flavorless. The chicken was dry and flavorless as well. The food was mostly thrown away. They must have new management. Not going back. Very disappointing.

Used to be good. Absolutely horrible food now. Chicken is dry, mashed potatoes watery, mac and cheese is one big clump that’s cold, gravy was watery and gravy mix floating in the gravy. Boston Market a chain needs to close down. It’s time has passed. It’s disgusting now. Food is cold as well. A health inspection would also be in order.

That food was horrible the meatloaf, mashed and stuffing cold like ice horrible. And a very cold atmosphere inside. Not pleasant at all just the entire setup! The tables were arranged different due to the virus just doesn’t look the same! $32.00 for a measly lunch and small portions. Never again I will stay away for good!

WORST ATTITUDES! My kids love Boston market, so I’ve been dealing with the employees’ attitudes for a few months. I’m always kind to them & they’re so rude. They’ll literally stand there in an empty restaurant & ignore you for 5-10 minutes, won’t even speak to or acknowledge you. (They’ve done this to me & I’ve watched them do it to other customers who just ended up leaving – multiple times.) Then when they finally take your order, they’re just silent & when they do speak, they act like you’re the biggest inconvenience ever. Two stars bc the food is good, but I’m fed up. So disappointing.

Last night I went to this Boston Market and usually when I go the food is pretty good but last night it was horrible.. My husband and I came threw the drive-thu .. He ordered a half chicken with cream spinach and sweet potatoes soufflé, which they did not have so he didn’t order anything.. that should’ve been my sign right there but no I ordered a chicken pot-pie when I tell you that was there worse thing I had every had.. the pot pie had no flavor to it. It had no juice in it and the juice it have looked like they just took the frozen vegetables or they can vegetables and pour it inside the pot pie and put the crust on top of it. The spinach was awful too.. So I called the store to tell the manager that my food was awful and that I wanted a refund, she tell me they don’t do refund.. like I would want a store credit for more awful food really.. She had poor customer service.. When I told her I would be coming up there tomorrow she didn’t bother to get my name just in case she wasn’t there she didn’t offer any apologize.. she act like she could care less like , OK all right… Boston Market you must do better if you want to stay in business.. I will never eat there again ..

I will avoid going back. Found small cockroaches hiding under the cookies at the cash register. This is an older store and I think they’re having a hard time maintaining. Food was not served as hot as it should be.

The chicken was spoiled. I thought it tasted funny and it wasn’t what I ordered, but I wasn’t driving back to exchange. So I kept order and about half way through the food…I got SICK. I will not eat there again nor will I try to help keep this location open anymore. I think I got the wrong food due to a language barrier, but she was nice. Anyhow, check your food before you leave.
