My co workers and I order Uber eat. And when our food got here we seen that we didn’t get our cream spinach and the gravy had no flavor and also Mac & cheese had no Cheese flavor! I order cookie and they gave me a brownie. Very disappointed with the food!!

Haven’t been to a Bostom Market in several years. The food was a tally pretty good and the staff had great personalities. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Only issue is the price given the portions, but Bostom Market has always been a but high. This pla e also has its own customer parking lot, which is a plus in Miami.

A few days ago I went shopping at this store. The old gentleman who served me, who looked like an owner or manager who was out of uniform, overcharged me for a few portions of companions. I complained to him and his response was that they should have changed the price, because it was cheaper in the ad. He stared at me without wanting to refund the difference in price. I claimed that he should charge me the price that was advertised and it was then that he took the money from the tips of the employees to give me what corresponded to me. What a lack of respect for his staff and me. It doesn’t look honest.

This place has really gone downhill and quickly. The food is Bland the chicken is dry the service is horrible, the people behind the counter should probably work at a funeral home. Bought chicken, stuffing, and mashed potatoes the chicken was extremely dry, the stuffing was Bland, I asked the manager for some cranberry sauce and she mentioned that they haven’t sold it in years, complete lie. I had a horrible experience at this Boston Marker yesterday. I wasn’t sure on what to order and the manager was being super rude to me as I’m ordering. I felt rushed and pressured and wasn’t sure on which order to get. I was wondering if I should have gotten a family meal or single in one small plate. The manager laughed at me because I was indecisive even though this was my first time ordering from this place. This is very unprofessional and I’m never coming back here again. Food is overpriced as well. I will most definitely contact corporate about this.

Came in for a quick linch @12:46 pm Monday first I got to say that the display looks sad to say the least all food looks reheated and in small batches max and cheese is dry rice is para boiled and probably from yesterday from the looks of it the cornbread is so hard I had to crumble it on the Mac and rice the meatloaf tastes ok but the portions are minúsculas I wish I could post a pic of my lunch ….. reminds me of that one week I spent in jail for a fight ……..what is going on with these good restaurants??? Is it the staff ?? I mean I had a similar experience not long ago in burgerfi I hope their bosses come up with some kind of strategy or something cause it’s bad

To start off they didn’t have dark meat they ran out at 5:30pm. Then they didn’t have no spinach ♀️ or vegetable mix. The corn and mash was horrible no flavor at all they barely had anything I was so disappointed never again going to this location not the same no more

Rotisserie chicken doesn’t even taste seasoned and was old and hard. Mac & cheese tastes watered down and thanks for the tiny drop of gravy on the mashed potatoes. I think I’ll go to KFC next time they taste better for $14.00
