I paid $25.66 for food I had to throw away because the meatloaf tasted spoiled…the stuffing was so dry I couldn’t chew it and these are my real teeth and I didn’t have an hammer to loosen it up…the rice was crunchy due to being dried out…and the sweet potatoes was so stiff that I gave up trying to put it on the fork. I won’t be going back to that Boston Market on University Drive and they had the nerve to yell out as we were coming in the door “We ONLY have chicken & Meatloaf” and the meatloaf was bad. We had to actually spit it back out our mouths…disgusting. They didn’t give me an receipt so I couldn’t get my money back. Proof :

The food is average but the service is horrific. The workers are so rude. They don’t greet you when you come in amd barely acknowledge you when they are cashing you out. I really don’t know why I continue to frequent this horrible establishment. Give your workers some etiquette training or hire new ones cuz this crew ain’t it.

Boston Market has been declining ever since Covid but this experience last night sealed the deal. Why on earth did they change the recipe for the mashed sweet potato and Mac n cheese?? The sweet potatoes were absolutely disgusting and u could actually tell they were different because the color was orange instead of the usual dark orange almost red color. The Mac n cheese pasta changed and the chicken was sooooooo dry!! The skin was hard and dry and the wing portion skin was burnt. The only part of my meal that was edible were the ribs and the cornbread. Just a terrible experience. It’s time to file for bankruptcy at this rate.

Placed an order online only to arrive at the establishment and have them tell me they didn’t have what I ordered. They offered to replace it with something else but why wait till I drove all the way there to tell me they don’t have what I ordered. Common courtesy would be to call the customer ahead of time to avoid a bad review. Clearly they don’t care about their customers. I won’t come here ever again.

They did not have any meats but chicken. That’s the way it was the last time we came. We did not order because we wanted meatloaf. But they have nothing but chicken. We came earlier in the day to make sure we could get meatloaf, but they didn’t have it at all or anything but chicken. They said they didn’t know when they would be getting in any other meat as it comes on their truck and their truck has not come in and they don’t know if he’ll be getting a what is a Maddys probably chicken or meatloaf or anything else. It’s a good way to lose business because there are four of us in our family.that wanted to eat there.

Friendly service. I guess I went during a busy time. Only one person at the register and a lot of cooks. I’m disappointed on the food. The turkey was not cooked all the way and had no taste. The mashed potatoes fell right behind too. The only thing that tasted good was the veggies!! What happened Boston Market? I’ve had better hospital food then this. And the cost for my complete meal which included a fountain drink was $17.

Trash location. 75% of menu not available. No hot chicken sandwich, no rotisserie nuggets. Why do you advertise new products in big window splashes if and when you don’t even have any of it. And not just once, but continuously for days. Don’t waste your time here. A disaster.

Was just at the store on University. They should be closed down. I was asked if I knew what I wanted. I said not yet…attitude from the female associate serving. I asked what the difference between regular and large. Attitude and all this non sense. I asked what the differ3nce between regular and large. More attitude. I walked out. They do not need business from us.

I was so disappointed in my visit. I have been coming to this location for at least 8 years or more. I visited on Mothers Day and got their prime rib special and my daughter ordered their “new kids nuggets”. The first time they gave her the dish the nuggets were frozen. When we brought them back they apparently addressed it with the person in back who then gave her the next batch 10 minutes later that was so overcooked that you couldn’t even bite into it. We addressed it with the manager apparently on staff who just changed it out for chicken. No real apology. The horseradish they gave you with the prime rib was literally a squirt in a container and we had to ask for several. They give you real knives and plates but plastic spoons. None of the tables that had been previously eaten at were cleaned the entire time we were there and the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. Not sure what has happened. Prices went up with many of the regular sides being charged a “premium” price and the quality and service went way down.
