The manager and employee didn’t want to get off their phones to service you. When they did, they weren’t friendly. They didn’t have any sides, only mashed potatoes and mac and cheese, plus no desserts but burnt cookies. Last, the food, well, let’s just say I didn’t eat or my dog for it was all dried up and nasty. The building is ruin down and doesn’t look any thing gets cleaned or fixed.

The service was prompt though the food was less than the usual Boston Market quality. Corn bread so dry it crumbled in my hand, no topping on my sweet potatoes, tiny serving of cake, and dry chicken. The dining room was closed and there was a shot up car in the overgrown, littered parking lot. We thought the restaurant was closed totally. We traveled far for this meal but won’t be returning.

The food was inedible. The meatloaf was dried out. The Mac and cheese was the nasty’s I ever tasted. The mashed potatoes was bland no flavor. The chicken was overcooked. The stores we went to were in Toledo Ohio. Wouldn’t recommend eating there. I know I sure won’t.

So, the Meatloaf was a little dry, the spinach didn’t taste very good, and the sweet potato casserole had the consistency of baby food. I really don’t know if it’s this particular store or if all Boston Markets have gone downhill, but this was disappointing, for sure.

Like for real ordered online at 745 pick up time at 815. Pull up didn’t see cars in lot. Pull up to the door says drive thru only ok get to the sign and says say hello to let them know your there. Nothing Pull around and yup closed. So here I am trying to find something for my family for dinner. Now how do I get my money back. Pretty messed up online let you order if they closed the store.

I went there after 7 PM, and they were out of pretty much everything. I ended up with a kid’s meal. I wanted dessert, and he said, “How about an Apple pie?” I told him I hate pie so he suggested a brownie, then when I got home I found I had an Apple pie. Ruined the whole yucky meal.

Boston Market on Secor near Monroe is slipping. The Sweet Tai Garlic Rostissere Chicken meal was served to me when they opened on April 11, 2022 and it looked and tasted bad. I said this is not a bar, why are they using this type of food container now? It wasn’t the usual clear top and black bottom it was a regular white styrofoam container. My chicken looked unappealing, the corn bread was gnarled up, wrinkly looking and cold, and the sides were dry and barely warm. Half of the menu items weren’t available. The worker was nonchalant and uncaring and said they were out of stock of almost everything. This was when they had just opened so there was no excuse. They were short on workers so the inside was locked and l usually have comfort going in and seeing my food being served. I was so unhappy. The one on Airport by Spring Meadows better not be doing this too. This was the worst ever.

Only Boston Market @ Toledo…OPEN or should I say….almost open…They have posted drive threw only…Closed Monday and Friday…(or any other day they seem fit) Friday?? Really… and when they are open…. they are out of a lot of items on menu… they may as well shut it down..and stop wasting …would be customers time…sit in line to hear were out of that…and that too…sign on menu board says “say Hello when your ready to order” Should say “guess if we are open and guess if we have what you want to order” then proceed..sorry if we wasted your time ..

Place looks like it’s been abandoned for the last decade. Weeds everywhere, fallen over light pole and a Cadillac with a blown out back window in the parking lot. Wouldn’t trust anything coming out of that place.
